Lightroom CC 6.0 doesn't open - Help please

He worked this morning.  When I went to restart the program again, it does not open now.  I have reinstalled twice and even returned to a previous restore point.  CC of Photoshop opens.  I use Windows 10.  I'm not in LR 6.2 because it runs very slowly compared to 6.0.  I I thought maybe it's a registry error and used CCleaner to clean that but who doesn't work anymore.  Can you help me please.  I have 1 in thousands of images in the process and this nightmare.  Thank you.

My boyfriend IT told me that I should just try and run the last update and see if it works and he did.  He runs as fast as 6.0 now so Adobe must have fixed something.
