  HI Jorge,.

  If you have reinstalled your system using the Toshiba recovery disks the touchpad should have the right drivers and be fully functional. I seem to remember that it is possible to disable the touch pad using one of the "keyboard shortcuts" (F9 on my SA30) in order to check that it has not been inadvertently pressed.

  How did you receive the update?

  Was it via Windows Update or Microsoft Update?

  Before the changes are made to your computer, the system restore points are made. This is so that you can go back in case an update causes problems.

  Follow these steps:

  1. click on the Start button

  2. click on accessories

  3. click on system tools

  4. click on system restore

  5. click on next

  6. in the calendar that appears, select the one which refers to Software Distribution Service 3.0 and click Next

  After the collection of certain data, the computer will restart, and the update will be gone.

  If you try to install the drivers on the CD/DVD and then, I would you suggest to uninstall the drivers and the software that is present on the system and then download the drivers and software on the Microsoft site and then install on the system and check if the problem is solved or not.

  Hi, I'm having so much worse for my webcam to work again after a clean installed Windows 7 64-bit (I used to run 32-bit vista). I searched the net and found many many people with the same problem but no solution yet that works for me. My last attempt:

  I went to adobe support and after some wait times got to chat with a man in India. I enabled it to control my computer. It's weird to do things without me touching the computer mouse. It has been deleted and kb2565063 first, but that did not help. then he deleted Ilivid but that did not help. We uninstalled and reinstalled a few times Pre El 11. Then, he downloaded and unpacked the two files, msvcr80.dll and msvcr100.dll and that worked. so I try all three to see if these pieces of information could help.

  I am a user of creative cloud and I just installed LR CC on a backup computer that I plan to take with me to the teaching of the seminars. This computer has only 4 GB of memory and had LR2 top many years ago. It had however been removed al long ago. I installed creative cloud and he finds that LR was not installed.   Thanks for the update, you should try the third option now it resolved issues for many, see Photoshop CC (2014) fails to start (0xc000007b)

  On records 'C:\Program\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom' & «C:\Program\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom»

  They are separated for Lightroom 5 and Lightroom CC records, respectively.

  This is the second time that the Adobe developers make this mistake.

  There are 4 years, what a flash update made a black screen to all EXE Captivate files. At the time the patch is a patch to Captivate and republish all courses after the patch. At the time my company was in its infancy and had very few customers and has sold only a few products. Today, we delivered thousands of products to paying customers. If the fix is proving to be the same it would be our company cost very expensive and probably paralyze our business.

  It is unacceptable that a company such as Adobe provides an update to Flash without testing on their platforms. I'm not sure how many of you are in the same situation as us, but if you are please feel free to contact me.

  I would like to start sending my clients email complaints and claims directly to someone who cared about Adobe, but this only works if a person didn't care.

  I installed lightroom, photoshop and creative cloud 30 days trial a week ago.  It was great to work for about three days, and then slowly lightroom stopped responding whenever I opened it, and each time was worse.  Now I can't open it.  Icon creative cloud on my screen has a red exclamation point and shows nothing but empty window with the timer of rotation if I click on it.  I would really like to continue to use my trial before I have buy the program.  Open lightroom, so I can export the photos I was working.  Can help on a MacBook Pro, someone help me?

  I couldn't leave creative cloud, nothing happens.  I really couldn't do anything but open photoshop... which is not what I want to use.  I'm so uninstall all and try vacuuming, I read on... and then reinstall it.
