  Lightroom appears in my creative cloud, but he does not appear in the download application manager. I've read other threads, and it seems that the consensus is that I need to update my application manager. I did well and Lightroom is still not appear. What gives?

  That might solve the problem:

  1. Open MAO and in the user interface, click the drop-down menu next to your ID and sign of the MAO.
  2. Leave the MAO
  3. Connect on creative cloud
  4. Click Download of Lightroom
  5. When MAO opens, reconnect and you should see Lightroom download.

  I bought Lightroom 6 a few months ago, downloaded and tried to use it.  I received a message pointing to my graphics card is not robust enough to run Lightroom 6 so I had to go back to my previous version of Lightroom.  He also demanded that remove 6 Lightroom in the old laptop in order to launch the older version.  Now, I have a new laptop and want to download Lightroom on this new laptop computer and my desktop computer.  I have the serial number for activation, but cannot find the method to download and install without having to buy a new copy.  Three questions then: 1) how can I download and install on the new laptop and 2) is it the same process to download and install the desktop and 3) I have to disable something before you download and install on the desktop?

  On the old laptop, launch Lightroom and click Help > deactivate (or Sign Out - same thing)

  Download from Photoshop Lightroom Installer , install, and then enter your serial number.

  It depends on if you have purchased a subscription or licensed platform double compared to a single platform license.  If this is a license only platform it's going to only be used on a Windows System.  If it is a single platform license and you plan to switch to a Mac instead of Windows, then you can contact Adobe support and request an Exchange platform.
