  That might solve the problem:

  1. Open MAO and in the user interface, click the drop-down menu next to your ID and sign of the MAO.
  2. Leave the MAO
  3. Connect on creative cloud
  4. Click Download of Lightroom
  5. When MAO opens, reconnect and you should see Lightroom download.

  It depends on if you have purchased a subscription or licensed platform double compared to a single platform license.  If this is a license only platform it's going to only be used on a Windows System.  If it is a single platform license and you plan to switch to a Mac instead of Windows, then you can contact Adobe support and request an Exchange platform.
