  I had some problems for a while now with Captivate 6, when I recorded a demo and when reading it through F12 or after publication, I am faced with a kind of double exposure, where I can see parts of a previous slide and the current slide parts.

  I tried to clear the cache, close the program and restart and it is always the case.  The problem is that this is not the case all the time.  However he has spent too much time on this project that I am pulling out my hair with it.

  I also had the 'hidden' text boxes appear where they should not be during playback.  First of all, they shouldn't be on this slide, and secondly, the tip Action hasn't called yet lol.

  Make sure that the full version of Captivate should be 6.0.1.240 or 6.1.0.319 (help > about adobe captivate)

  Click a slide in the film and change the quality of the blade to 24 bits or optimized, then do so for each slide.

  Then click on edit > Preferences > SWF size and quality > be of custom and uncheck compress SWF file and disable the advanced file compression.

  Then re publish once again and the release check "Force republish all slides.

  Stupid, but problem driving me crazy, I have a new macbook air with hundreds of photos, when I want to upload a photo on facebook or join an e-mail only photos taken since 15 December are visible to tie.

  I have to export old photos on the desktop & join from there, of course, there is a simple solution.

• The slide in the support numbers

  Another simple yes/no question.  Can I have the slide numbers in the display support without having them as part of the name of the slide?  I (or more accurately, instructors) want the numbers of slides in the TOC, but I don't want their in the title on the slide which I fill via call a variable since I got this number elsewhere on the slide also filled via a variable 'totalslides sldnumber' (variables not real, but you know what I mean).  I suppose could manually enter the title on the slide, if I have the number in the name of the slide for it to display in the table of contents, but prefers not to do so.  Am I missing a checkbox somewhere?

  The elements of the table of contents are filled by the name of slide as shown in the view of the film.  The legend of the title on slide has no effect on the table of contents.

  Once you reset the table of contents to display the names of the selected slide, you can double-click the items in the table of contents to edit the name without affecting the slide names shown in the film.

  Not sure if that's what you were after.  I found your description a little confusing.

  Trying to show/hide the TOC icon on some slides.

  For example I want to display the TOC icon on some of my slides, except of these slides, I would like to hide.

  Searched the forum, but could not very well.

  You can't easily change the buttons in the default player bars. But if you use a button custom shape on the first slide to turn the table of contents (only possible overlap), this time for the rest of the project button, always on top, it will have a unique ID (name). You can use the event to enter the slides when you want to hide this button table of contents: SB_TOC hide.

  ATTENTION: a table of contents in overlay by default has a button to expand and a button to reduce the table of contents. The default buttons are the double arrows. You won't want to leave these buttons visible for the user. What can be done to replace the buttons (project, Table of contents, settings), which are indicated as "Icon to expand" and "Collapse Icon" by a small rectangle in the same color as the background color of the slide.

  I live in the US but have a number of DVD in the United Kingdom - region 2, I occasionally like to play. When you place a region 2 DVD in the tray and launch, I am asked to change region 1 (used 99% of the time) to region 2. BUT there is a message saying that I only have a limited number of swaps in the region (and now I go out)

  Issues related to the:

  1. Why is there a limited number of area swaps?

  2. is there a way to get around this limitation? Or I will have to buy a DVD of the entire drive and watch my DVD region 2 on my TV?

  I'm trying to build a module of courses around a main page with links to the section slides, which can be clicked in any order. An example of main page might look like this:

  You need to do with the event on Slide enter, indeed. This means that you must use variables. If you want to use a similar action in other projects, turn the conditional action in common action. When moving that shared action at the library of another project, the variables will be automatically created e.

  However: I would add the text to the "Clicked" State, which means that you don't have to use a separate command to display the text. You seem to ignore that? This is one of the screenshots of my last blog, I used a custom state (Invisible), in which an image and a text bubble was added.

  

  Based on my experience with conditional actions, especially avoid the operator "does not correspond to", you might use "equals 1' as well, more confidence.

  I have duplicate slides that the user can jump. When they do the program is marked as progress when really, they have seen everything but technically not each slide.

  Thank you. In fact, I managed to find a solution that does not require the user to press the button! You can add an action to a slide itself using Javascript execution on success. In the Script window, you add that scorm_setcompleted() and that tell of the SGA to mark the complete project on enter on this slide. So that's what to do if someone reads this

  If you are referring to the workspaces, then yes it is possible but the service will be removed in January 2015

  If you are referring to files.acrobat.com, so if you can create folders and put the files into it, but you cannot assign access to specific people as you could in workspaces.

• The title of the TOC for the random question slides

  I want to create a quiz that randomly pulls a pool of questions.  I think I know how to do that (rightly), but when I do, the table of contents is only show (title "Slide") the name/title of the question slide to chance itself, which is not really give any useful information.  I wonder if there is a way to show rather the title of the question which is selected (and present) of the random question slide.  This, in my opinion, would be much more useful to users taking the quiz.  Is there a known way to get there?  Thank you!

  Lilybiri has already answered your question.  The table of contents only shows the name of the random Question slide and can't give you the name of the slide of the random quiz question slide that is picked up from the Question pool when running dynamically.

  Essentially the Random Question slide is just a placeholder.

  However, I think that your idea of being able to have the selected slide display its name in the table of contents if you wish has some merit.  Then I suggest that you connect to an enhancement with Adobe for this request.  You never know...
