  I was banging my head against the screen for the last 30 minutes to try to reduce a photo of 25 MB to something below 100 KB for emailing. I used "Save as" and chose the lowest quality, reducing it to 3 MB. I then open file that repeat the process to break down more, but not more than the reduction. Can I reduce it? Is there another way to reduce a 25 MB file to < 100 KB?

  I have discussed this with the HP technical support and they had me check that the line of pixels is in the BIOS screen as well.  It is as I suspected there is a LCD issue.  I can post the PC to get a new LCD in there.  You wonder why they can't replace it on the site (which I paid for).  Time to back up the hard drive...

  Hi Gregory,

  I discovered the reason for the problem. It's the + symbols in your credentials. When adding in a URL, they are dealt with, in many cases, as spaces (the same that if you put a + between the two words in a search engine). So when you click the collapse icon, the used value ends in a space rather than a + and, as it does not match any ID on your table, no collapse does actually take place.

If I rotate the line just 0.1 degrees so I can do similar less then 1 pt. When I turn the path back to 0 perfect or 90 degrees then it automatically changes the weight of the line back to 1 PT. someone else had this problem?
