  You will need to find a forum for MS Word, since it is the software you are trying to manipulate in the present.  If you think that the treatment/creation of the PDF file plays a role, then you should ask in the forum for the software that you use to create the PDF file.

  On-site Oracle 4.0 hosted, I have tried to import 'csv' file and cut and paste on Firefox and IE using data Load Data workshop - I can not the usefulness of take the first line, even if I indicate the names of the columns are in the front line.   The Vista installation disc is a DVD. Apparently, you don't have a DVD player. You would need to purchase/install a DVD-ROM or DVD - RW to install Vista. Are you sure that your hardware supports Vista before doing this?

  As you reinstalled just Vistas, you would have a very limited number of Restore Points!

  Try the system restore.

  If this does not work, and you don't know what you were doing, reinstall it again.
