  It looks like you may have some saved jobs in your queue that need to be removed.

  Here's how:

  To clear the print queue, stop the print spooler service and delete all the jobs/print pending.
     
  You cannot delete all print jobs in the queue so that the Print Spooler Service is running.
        
  To stop the Print Spooler Service, click Start, run and enter in the box:
         
  services.msc
         
  Click OK to open the Services Applet.
         
  Locate the Print Spooler Service, right click and choose 'Properties' and then click on the "Stop" button to stop the Print Spooler Service is running.
     
  The option "Startup Type" of Service properties print spooler is usually set to "Automatic" (which is now a good time to check it out).
     
  If the "Startup type" is not set to "Automatic", set the "Startup type" to "Automatic" If that is your desire (which now is the time to check it out).

  Do not try to start or restart the Print Spooler Service immediately.  You must remove all print jobs backed up first...

  Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the following folder (assuming that Windows is installed on your C drive):
     
  C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS
         
  Delete all the print jobs in queue (select and delete all the files) in the folder if the folder is without waiting for print jobs.  The folder must be empty when you are finished.
         
  Reboot your system and check the Print Spooler Service again to make sure the Print Spooler Service restarts automatically restart (given that the startup type is set to automatic).
     
  After the reboot, check again the Spooler Service for printing and the 'Status' column for the print spooler must be read "started."

  Submit new failure of print jobs.

  I do not see "imposed by the system of page breaks" encoded in this Web page. It would be difficult for an author of a Web page with an international audience.

  You use A4 paper, but what about those of us using letter-size paper? Page breaks may screw up page print to LETTER, from a Web site to THE like this.

  The only time wherever I lost lines of text between printed pages was when I was "pushing the limits" with the paper up and down / page margins. IOW, too small header / footer trying to get on each page as possible. By default, Firefox a. 5 "margins (left and right) with. 5 "header / footer (top and bottom margins) = letter-size paper. With 'A' type of paper using metric would be tantamount to the margins of 12.7 mm on all four sides. The /metric of inches "toggle" is with the size of the paper, the user has selected.

  Check the Page > margins & header / footer to see if you have the parameters of ~ 12mm or it they are smaller.

  Any suggestions on how to solve this problem.  Been thro all the habit change the cartridges, clean the heads (several times), align the cartridges.

  Problem started after the low ink warning and then change cartridges.

  Need to BEST print mode to get the light gray black text only printer and printing grayscale value must be set to OFF, otherwise no visible impression is reached.

  Colurs look OK on the Test print but once again no sharp black, light not gray see the upward.

  I've included the document setting the streaks of ink, faded prints and other common print quality problems . It takes you through several steps to correct the problem of troubleshooting.

  When you print an email (TEXT), my desire 114 printer prints all lines of text with the same quality.  Some of the lines are darker than others, some lines are barely readable or white, while some lines print only half the size of the font.  When I print a report of State printer, a few lines (like the lines 3, 6, 9 for example) do not print.

  I cleaned up, second level cleaned and aligned the printer several times without success.  Because it's consistent printing for printing when PRINTING TEXT, it almost seems like the printer receives no signal for some lines or print on paper areas.  If a JPG or image is printed, it prints in full.

  Any ideas?

  Thanks for your answer, but after all my attempts to clean the printer heads and firmly reinstall the black cartridge has solved my problem.  I think that the resettlement is actually what solved my problem because like I said in my previous post, it appeared that the printer would not print a few lines compared to others.
