Link colors are always overridden

Firefox 11.0 on XP SP3
In 'Options, content, colors' even if "Allow pages to choose their own colors" is checked, firefox link colors are always used. Occurs in all the sites I've looked at.

Turn the start/stop script makes no difference.

Firefox 3.x doesn't have this problem on the same machine.

Thank you for your help, but ultimately, I uninstalled Firefox (after the recording of my favorites) and did a clean install. He is fine now.

    Looks like you're leaving the: visited the default color.

    Add in some css to reset the: visited to what you want...

    a: visited {}

    Color: #000000;

    }

    In addition, make sure that your link pseudo classes go in order following in your css...

    a: link

    a: visited

    a: hover

    a: active

  • Link colors will not save

    Hello, I'm having a problem in Dreamweaver 8. I've never had a problem of setting attributes link in the past, but for some reason any when I put differently they are not registered correctly. I'll put the colors of link via Edit > Page Properties. When I press on apply or OK it shows perfectly on the page. However, when I saw in either IE or Firefox it shows me the default link color.

    In addition, I deleted the underlined attribute and which always shows as well. When I close and reopen the file, it's back to color by default as well. When I change these attributes I not give me any * symbol to save, but I tried to record manually with the Save as command and it still does not work. I'm puzzled!

    Use CSS and link Pseudo-classes. Place it in your external stylesheet.
    Change the color codes according to your needs.

    a: link {color: #FF0000; text-decoration: none ;} / * link not visited * /}
    a: visited {color: #00FF00; text-decoration: none ;} / * visited links * /}
    a: hover {color: #FF00FF; text-decoration: underline ;} / * mouse over link * /}
    a: active, a: focus {color: #0000FF:text - decoration: none ;} / * selected link}

  • HP 61: Are always interchangeable cartridges of high performance and standard?

    I intend to buy ink HP 61 B & W cartridges and color as a gift for someone who has a HP inkjet printer.  I know the printer takes the HP 61 cartridge, but I don't know the model of the printer (it is a low-cost, current model).

    High-performance cartridges are always compatible with the same printer than the equivalent low-yield cartridges models?

    What are disadvantages to high yield cartridges outside cost (1) and (2) the possibility that the ink could dry before being used?

    XL and standard cartridges are compatible. However, the new printers module may reject a cartridge that is older (use outdated date).

    Hello

    Please click the start menu, type event viewer and press ENTER. Click the drop-down list icon left of views to custom, right-click Administrative events and select Save all events in custom as mode. Choose a file name for it, and save it to the desired location.

    Download the file to a sharing site, such as OneDrive and provide me with the link.

  • Colors are not import D810

    Hello

    My camera is a Nikon D810, I Lightroom 6.6 (Windows 10).

    Whenever I import my new photos in Lightroom, they look good in the library. As soon as I click on to develop the change of my picture, the colors are not and pictures are too dark. The color on my camera temperature is 5561 K, but in Lightroom, it is suddenly 5950 K, although the World Bank said as a shot. Procesversion 2012, the profile is Adobe Standard.

    I have reinstalled Lightroom, cleaned all my settings. I don't know what the problem, if I did something wrong, if are lot of parameters. Who can help me?

    Color-temperature numbers depend on the profile of the camera, which there are several, so if they are a bit out there is nothing to worry about.  What is more important than the number is so neutral are always neutral or not.

    If your photos are displayed dark then it is probably because you have active D-Lighting or something similar is activated in your camera where you pull deliberately dark then illuminates the shadows digitally before creating the Nikon-made in JPG or built-in preview.

    Turn off all special modes that LR has just begun with the raw data from the sensor and knows nothing of these other modes of Nikon that apply ONLY to treatment of Nikon that takes place behind closed doors or in the Nikon software, not the Adobe software.

  • Link colors/CSS

    I am trying to build a model of e-mail with a link in the title, but it keeps failing Blue.

    I want the link in the header to be black - isn't a clear link in the body of the email, links to purple.

    I think it's to do with CSS, but have no experience on this side of things...

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you.

    Try this in the section of your CSS document:

    link is the default color

    visited is a visited link color

    hover is the color of your choice when the mouse hovers over the link

    Active is the color of the link you are clicking.

    Of course, you will need to find a hex color that works.  You can see a good overview on hex colors here: HTML color.

    I hope this helps!

  • Printed photographs are always darker than on screen

    I use Photoshop CS 6 on a Mac Mini with Mountain Lion (10.8.5). I calibrated my screen very carefully. When I print pictures, I set always Photoshop manage colors, or substitute the color settings in the printer.

    I used to use a XP-750 Epson inkjet printer. In Photoshop, I use the profiles associated with this printer - and, of course, with the paper I print on - but I've always found that the prints were much darker than their appearance on the screen. I assumed that it was a whim of my printer.

    After an extreme paper jam had irreparably damaged the printer, I bought a printer Epson XP - 760 (although similar) which replaces the XP-750. To my surprise, the printed photos are always much darker than their appearance on the screen.

    Can anyone suggest a reason and a cure? When Photoshop is set to manage colors, can't change the settings of color-management of the printer itself.

    Words: calibration targets. Your screen is too bright, classic mistake.

    You can set the white screen point so that it is a Visual white paper correspondence. This applies to the color and luminance. This is a purely visual thing, according to ambient light, print look a light, even application interface (light grey classic being much better than the new interface is dark). You should see the white paper on the screen.

    Some people will tell you specific numbers, such as 120 cd/m². This is the wrong approach. Get this game and fall numbers wherever he wishes. It may be 80 or 160 can be.

    If you have a high monitor range with internal hardware to READ from the monitor calibration, you can leave the calibration software handle it. Otherwise, it is best to do this in the OSD controls. Once satisfied, run the calibration software, preferably set to the native white point if possible so that there is no additional setting on the video card.

    It also applies, BTW, to black. It must match the density of ink for paper max.

  • Link colors

    I was wondering if there is a way to change the color of text links in a given site.  I get their site wide definition, and it works great for all but a few links that are sitting on a page with a different color background.

    You should be able to replace the colors of link for the pages although you may need to assign a separate master to these pages. Or you can override the CSS in page properties metadata in the HTML code of the headrest by providing your override styles with the! important; attribute.

    If you need other assistance please let me know.

    See you soon,.

  • What is the property to change the link colors?

    DW5.5 in win 7

    I have a css file that is attached to my documents "twoColLiqLtHdr.css."

    What would be the property (at least that's what I think you would call it) to change the color of normal link from blue to white.

    I have another page that has some online code that sets the color of the link to yellow for this page only (a: link {color: #ff0})-provided by Nancy this Ant.

    I want to leave this yellow page with links, but change the color of a link to any other pages.

    all pages are derived from a model.

    but I guess I make the change in the css file!

    I can't find reference to a: link {color: #ff0} in the file "twoColLiqLtHdr.css" so I guess that's the default

    I tried to add in the body, containing sections and content, but that had no effect, UN-less that I did something wrong, I saved the file css after I made the changes

    If I move my mouse over a link in a page of the browser thingy (ships wheel) appears and tells

    twoColLiqLtHdr.css

    body

    . Container

    . I'm glad

    any help would be appreciated

    Thank you

    Try the following (replace yourColor with the color of the desired link and hover color). Add this at the end of the twoColLiqLtHdr.css file

    . Container a {}

    color: #yourColor;

    }

    . Container a: hover {}

    color: #yourColor;

    }

  • Problem with the link color!

    Ive introduced the link color (red) for each page in page properties, but for a reason that some of the links are displayed in purple. Any ideas why that might be?

    see the following page link color purple:

    http://www.vanessaroberts.co.UK/NAFD.html

    but on this page, it's the right color I put what is in red:

    http://www.vanessaroberts.co.UK/b'support.html

    You see purple as the status of the link by default color "visited."

    Assign your color you want for the status of the "visited" link

    Don't forget to add just before the hover rule

    a: link {}
    color: #9F100B;
    text-decoration: none;
    }
    a: hover {}
    color: #C3A328;
    text-decoration: none;

    }

  • Get rid of the link coloring

    I tried setting the CSS link colors to match my origins, and this has solved the problem in Safari and Firefox, but not IE. It looks like a mess, thanks to the fact that the nav buttons are non-disposes gif with transparency on.

    Any suggestions?

    No URL yet - but I thought about it. Just had to set the image to the border = '0 '. Thank you.
