  The Performance parameter of default display in ID CC 2015.4 was changed to high quality (previously it was typical by default). This setting causes the images to be displayed to their full fidelity and that's what happens when you see the 'Image of reading' at the bottom of the document window. Later browsing the same page (s), this does not happen because images are cached and are quickly made to high quality.

  Please try again.  I was able to download the 2.0.0.65 for my laptop as well as my smartphone this morning.  Go to support.dell.com, under click 'Browse for your product' > 'products', > "Servers, storage and network" > Networking > Fixed Port switches > 3548 > drivers and downloads > network (3 files).  You should see the 2.0.0.65 file at the top of the list.  Click on "Download File", then click to download the zip file.

  May I ask why you try to get an update of the firmware? I know you said feel you yours is outdated, but I want to say are you a program that allows you to search for an firmware update pushed?

  From what I see, there is no updated firmware for this printer. There are updates driver for Mac and the Windows operating system, but no update firmware.
