  How did you get a copy?  If you float your images so that they are both partially visible in the work area, make one with the being copied the active layer.  Then, drag the layer in the layers palette on the other image.  Now you should have both the layer mask on the second image.

  Hi, I just started to use the hard drive that had the problem, it's still there. The problem is with the raid card. (no problem on other drives) In system config, starting there are two enteries: SATARAIDS and silcfg. I checked the SATARAIDS, rebooted

I deleted all the files SATARAIDS and silcfg. my computer, properties, hardware - deleted. deleted the folder in program files. did a scan to remove any files or file fragments on the raid drivers. I did not know I had lefe the cd in the drive for the raid drivers I have in yesterday. I rebooted.

  I often see this question around and it also seems that the shortcut so that it changes from time to time. The old version, I had (CS3) had the shortcut that was I think (command + ') [this is the tilde sign] to go to the layer and (command +-) to return to the mask.

  It seems, on CC, the shortcut to return to the works of mask, but it is not. No matter what work-around?

  I am new to CC of CS3 so there are many things that I'm not familiar with this day. I like a lot of workflow so far. Other things, I think I have to get used to. Thank you.

  I checked a site of hotkeys CS4 and I find that they have changed the hotkey after CS3 for:

  (command + 2) to go to layer and (command +-) to go back to the mask. So the shortcuts for it.

  Your bearing works... because the link, ime that leaves the layers themselves as an option. Add a new layer (above the base layer that everything is on) then place the bearing and test.

  I'm experimenting Photoshop Elements and wanting to use a layer of black and white (gray scale) I did as a mask of a another layer and do not know how to do in elements.  In Photoshop, I could do it (there may be a better way to do it in PS, but I've not yet discovered)...

  Select the layer that I want the mask to be applied to the

  Click on the button Add a mask layer (bottom layer)

  After you have added your layer mask, Alt (Option) click on the thumbnail of the mask layer in the layers panel, and then edit > paste.

  You can change the images in the acrobat application, edit images or objects in a PDF, Adobe Acrobat DC file. However, for the original image processing & the image of the mask, you will need application like Adobe Photoshop image processing.

  Second question first: the W on the hand tool means that your link opens in your browser (W = Web).

  First question: the link may have been created in the PDF file. But Acrobat/Reader by default creates links when he recognizes a URL. You can disable this option in preferences > General. Uncheck the «Create links from URLs»

  Hi Paul

  It's how works the multidimensionality, I'm afraid that if you have periods in the years in rows and columns, then if you hide a period it will hide all years in your lines.

  According to what you need to your report to look like one option is years battery and periods in the columns, you can then use the skin work for the combination of "This Year" & "Jun".

  Other than that you're watching two calculations on the report or in the underlying database Essbase. Is it only specific reports that you want to or you have a general policy of only including including data for the periods completed / closed?

  If you have versions in your database, then you can create a 'Final' or 'Reports' version, then use a metric to set a flag 1 = report, #Mi = don't report and a calculation, so that your new version contains only data values for periods you want to report. If you do year over year variance rpeorting you could also build the flag to that.
