  The help on most of the Programs tab includes links to online support. It often has a link to the homepage of the software. All of a sudden these links no longer work. This seems to be true for all of my installed programs.

• Photoshop "in edit...". "no longer works for my DNG files

  OK, I have read many discussions on this topic and tried all the solutions given, but the option no longer works for me because I've updated both programs.

  Photos with Cloud backup external HARD disk

  Lightroom catalog on computer

  Backup catalog Lightroom in the clouds

  Lightroom preferences for editing in Photoshop:

  File format: PSD

  Color space: ProPhoto RGB

  Bit depth: 16 bits

  Resolution: 300

  Metadata settings: automatically write changes into XMP

  Tried:

  Uninstall/install the two programs with reboots and even with uninstallation of preferences.

  Uninstalled and installed creative cloud.

  TIFF, Jpeg, opening... gives no problem. I always get the possibility to decide to open original/copy with LR adjustments/copy without LR adjustments

  Apparently, when you use an external source for your photos, this is the case for me save space on my local drive and for security and backup reasons, once I had problems seems to happen.

  The solution is quite simple: unplug the external source, import a random picture to LR by using the import function 'Add', open it in Photoshop using "change in". It worked flawlessly and subsequently when you reconnect my main source for the photo I have, I could again open DNG files in photoshop using the function "change in" LR.

  Hi guys, thanks for trying to help. In any case, I found the solution myself. Uninstall programs that is not showing is not under the command of the Palace of the bridge. Use the remove clean clean uninstall tool Adobe software. Then restarted the computer and installed the adobe programs that lack of control. In my case it's Indesign and Illustrator. After installation rebooted the machine, yet once and Yes, these programs are now available under the command of the Place.

• Send to NextDoor App links no longer work

  I have the NextDoor App and when I get emails from them with links to post, it open directly in the App NextDoor when I clicked on them.   Hello benpierce25, try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration.   I use FF 22 on a MacBook Pro with OS X 10.7.5. In Preferences > Applications I put the app for mailto as Gmail. However, mailto links won't work. They open usually a white tab Gmail is also defined as the default messaging for the system application. That did not help.

  You can check the prefs Network.protocol - handler.external.mailto on the subject: config page.

  If Network.protocol - handler.external.mailto prefs are user defined (in bold) and then right click and reset them by default.

• Microphone no longer works for Skype on Fedora 21 4.3

  Microphone is no longer recognized by Skype 4.3 after the latest updates for Fedora 21.

  I already had to move from i586 RPM to dynamic package to get Skype to work at all - but he ultimately everything works including mic.

  After the last update of Fedora 21, which included alsa and pulseaudio fixes, microphone no longer works in Skype. I tested several other applications that are configured to use pulseaudio like Audacity and Linphone, and the microphone works in each of them.

  Answered my own question. On one of my machines the problem proved that Skype could use my microphone only if it was the only input device activated under PulseAudio. While other applications use fortunately some audio available, Skype seems to have been confused in the face of any kind of choice. The solution is to disable all other audio inputs and speficially to configure my external USB mic as the sole entry. In addition I had to change the Audio setting integrated full-duplex stereo analog stereo output analog.

  I wasn't so lucky with my laptop, where I use the internal mic and therefore can't change Audio settings integrated (it must be defined as a Duplex for the microphone and speakers/headphones to work). For this reason, I am now unable to use Skype on my laptop. Accordingly, I am now exploring the possibility of using the SIP/XMPP voice and video with a client open source, which was too bad I was a customer/user of Skype for many years.

  But I am facing a common error for each download "Page is not found... "as if the source files are not all present or URL is wrong!

  Also, I could not see any link to report this problem to the administrator of the Site!

  Is one out there facing similar problem with the Satellite L3xx XP drivers?

  (These sites also take a lot of time to refresh / load, it is a common observation?)
