Links opening in Facebook

I have links opening problem in Facebook.  Anyone had this?  Both with 8.1 and 10 Win.

I doubt, they know of the investigation, most of the people is intentionally stripped of personal information to communicate with you, so it can be 'honest' feedback.  But if you go to http://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support, you can chat with a technician directly (they call their Tech response).  It seems to me that your SLL certificates are confused or maybe you were infected.

Here again, it can also be as simple as your time zone or clock are wrong, that block many modern services and systems labour or authentication.
