I know that pilots are Radon X 800 series.  Devices are 554F for the video card and 556F for the secondary graphics card. I visited the ADM/ATI website and tried to use the upload feature and automatic installation, but it did not show any available driver.   I am the admin of Windows for a University Department and install PC with Firefox all the time. This problem does not occur with every PC I would maintain, only a selection bit (model different laptops with Windows and update 1 8.1.) • What can I do to get Google + to display more than a blank page?

  Since Firefox has been upgraded to v24 Google + just shows a blank page. When I click on refresh the Google + page appears and displays messages but then turns off. I have cleared the cache, but it makes no difference.

  You can also try Firefox Safe mode? It is a standard diagnostic tool in order to avoid interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode.

  I see that you have some problems with the printing of your Windows printer Photosmart Premium 10 PC. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. If your printer is connected via USB cable to your PC, delete.
  2. Close any programs you have open.
  3. In your search type in printers bar and open devices and printers.
  4. Right click on all the icons in your printer listed.
  5. Click on remove the instrument.
  6. Repeat for all other icons of your printer listed.
  7. If you removed the USB cable, connect. If this is not the case, click on add printer and follow the prompts to add a print to your printer queue.

• HP Photosmart C7280 displays a blank page * after * print each FAX page!
