  • How to receive as net.rim.blackberry.api.mail.Message When listening for incoming sms?

    There are 3 types of ways to listen for incoming sms in the following link:

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe/fetch/2000/348583/800451/800563/What_Is...

    All those who receive the javax.wireless.messaging.Message for further processing.

    I need to check the priority of the message received, which is only available in net.rim.blackberry.api.mail.Message and not javax.wireless.messaging.Message.

    Can someone guide me to get the net.rim.blackberry.api.mail.Message When listening for incoming sms?

    Thank you.

    Net.rim.blackberry.api.mail.Message is actually for mails not for sms

  • Hub Hub Android blackBerry SMS does not open SMS app

    I have a HTC of 10. I installed the app hub recently and everything seems fine so far except that clicking on a text message does not open the text conversation, it goes to the message text component screen. I hope that this problem is corrected in a future update.

    As a side note, it would be nice to be able to add third-party applications on the hub, like text application of heel twitter client or a third party.

  • Option of blackBerry Smartphones to send SMS does not appear

    Today for some reason, I can only compose text messages, but can't send them because the option is just isn't there anymore. I can check the spelling, but can not dial.

    I can't remove the son of message either. This option appears but does not work.

    Any ideas? Very frustrating! Until the Blackberry Curve was perfect.

    Try this first - to reboot the device: with the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  • incoming call does not not in 5.0 JDE beta

    Hey guys, I'm having a problem with the change of the sample application the phone. I'm doing a pop up dialog box when a call comes through in the Simulator. The code I added was:

    // New call has arrived
    public void callIncoming( int callId )
    {
            Dialog.alert("Got incoming!");
    }

    // User answered a call
    public void callAnswered(int callId)
    {
            Dialog.alert("Got answered!");
    }

    The code for when the call is answered works, but not the code for an incoming call. Do you have any idea why?

    Thank you

    Rob G

    Incoming call dialog did not work because we can not replace the incoming call screen. If your code is running, but not able to replace the filtering of incoming calls; Try a piece of code here as any SOP aniother

  • The green onion skin color of incoming frames does not by default. How can this be changed?

    Not going to have a skin color of blue onion dark on the outbound frames and a light green on the incoming frames. The host cannot see the green on a light BG and blue is hard to see on a dark BG. I read on the forum and it seems there is no way to change the color. There must be a way to change these colors to adapt to the work. I've been animating with flash for TV and Flash for 15 years suddenly changes and there's this problem. Can you suggest a solution? There should be a preference for these colors, otherwise the light green should be changed to dark red to match the value of the blue face. Most of the rough animators on a light BG.
    Thank you, John Conning

    Hello

    I want to just inform you that animate CC 2015.2 released a few days back allows you to change the colors of onion skins of your choice. In addition, this version includes the following

    Please update your copy of CC animate to the latest (15.2.0.66) using your Creative Cloud Desktop application. Logout & Sign - in in case you don't see Animate CC 2015.2 in your creative cloud application.

    Animation of the happy!

Previously, my text messages would cause my phone vibrates and turns on the home screen, where I could read the message. Now, I only get a notifcation of vibrations, nor my screen is lighting up. None of my settings have changed. Can anyone help?

    Hey manandaca,

    I see that you have updated your iPhone 6s more iOS 10 and are running in unexpected behavior of your message notifications. • reject call with sms does not

    Hello

    Since I upgraded my 6603 lollipop I can't reject calls with SMS messages more.

    Because when I got a call (and the phone is locked) drag up the button to select the message of rejection on the bottom of the screen is layered with black bar soft key showing the home and back buttons.

    Is this a bug or am I missing a setting?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello

    I've seen this before. You have installed the application Smart Key? If so, I suggest you uninstall this application if you want the ability to reject calls with a text message.

  • SetPayload SMS does not not on Bold 9700

    Hello

    I use the following code to prepare a SMS and call in-app SMS.

    Yes, it is a bug. You can move it by storing the contents of the message to the Clipboard, then inject a paste operation after waiting a second or two for the coming SMS app. A bit dodgy, but it's the only thing you can do in this situation.

    You can also create your own screen of text send that accomplishes this task for the user.

  • SMS does not work with T - Mobile CZ and Palm Pre

    Hi, here is my problem:

    I bought a Palm Pre from the Germany. Everything works fine, but there is problem with sending messages. I tried to ask in the Czechs, precentral forums or my carrier and no answer has solved this problem. So I ask the heart of the problem, the Palm developers.

    There are guides to get or modify certain parameters of the carrier, but without any documentation. I see in \usr\lib\luna\CarrierNetworkSettings.db3 and /var/luna/data/CarrierNetworkSettings.db3 for my carrier this line:

    And IMHO it should be the highlighted area in the smscNumber column. I tried to change, but nothing worked.

    I tried this phone with my friends by CZ Vodafone and O2 CZ SIM cards and everything worked very well. The problem is only mind combination with T-Mobile.

    I also downloaded new ROM of Palm.com/ROM and it has the same values.

    And my carrier: there is not much info on the configuration of the parameters of phones, but the number highlighted should be ok.

    And of course the error message. There are screenshots:

    So guys, what do you think about this? Where is the problem? How to solve it? Can anyone help? Are there any other DB where phone reads the parameters?

    Yes. My Palm Pre has been activated with my Czech SIM T-Mobile without problems and App catalog works as well.

    Edit: And here's problem at the main post resulution: I ask the new sim card (I had an old since the time of Paegas (10 years ago)) and everything is now ok.

    }

    In my code, I tested 5 methods. But, I think that all of them blocked the line where there is method of 'received() '.

    If there is someone who can help me find my problem, it's going to be great. (Or if there is someone who wants to send me a complete code that works, it will be better than the grand )

    Thank you for all the answers.

    I agree with you. It's better if I post a solution.

    I have re-written some other program that gets the phone number and the content of the incomming SMS.

    Here is my code

    public class smsReceived extends UiApplication
    {
        private LabelField _status;
        private DatagramConnection _dc;

        public static void main(String[] args)
        {
            new smsReceived().enterEventDispatcher();
        }

        public smsReceived()
        {
            super();
            waitASms();
       }

        public void waitASms()
        {
            try
            {
                _dc = (DatagramConnection)Connector.open("sms://");
                for(;;)
                {
                    Datagram d = _dc.newDatagram(_dc.getMaximumLength());
                    _dc.receive(d);
                    String address = new String(d.getAddress());
                    String msg = new String(d.getData());
                }
            }
            catch (IOException e)
            {
                System.err.println(e.toString());
            }
        }
    }

    In this code, the string 'address' is the phone number and the string 'msg' is the content.

    To view, please do another method with this channels.

    Next time.
