  I have this problem, I've read a few other discussions concerning this error when running with IE 8, 9. I understand that this problem can be solved by publishing the HTML5 and SWF output format.

  But here's my problem, I work for a very large approval with thousands of computers that use IE 8 and 9 on all computers and also my project is a sensitive project. We are reactive nature projects to facilitate staff to take courses wherever they are to increase the percentage of compliance with their mandatory training. So when I publish my work in sensitive my only choice is to HTML5 output, when I try to follow the course on our LMS I get the above error message (title).

  Anyone have any suggestions as to what is the best way I could overcome this problem? Your advice is much appreciated.

  I checked the file ctm_config.txt in the directory campus and cmapps, removed the files ctmregistry and ctmregistry.backup from/opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/webapps/campus/WEB-INF/lib, deleted all files and directories below/opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/work/Standalone/localhost/and restart the services.
  No change...

  What I noticed by looking directly in the database of the CMF is that "CampusOgsGroupCacheTable" is completely empty where the following tables contain data:

  just to be sure, I download the 2 files ctm_config.txt...

  Instead of setting DYNAMIC_PORT_ALLOCATION = 0, replace perms on both ctm_config.txt 0444 files, use the original port and see if UT works.  If so, run in this configuration for some time see if corruption returns.  It should not since casuser won't be able to write to the file.

  When you download my package of captivate, meet the following error message:

  (43073) impossible to import the contents of the inventory: ITSEC3029
  Invalid content (43269). (*) ERROR: Unable to extract the manifest content package. Possible cause: the markup in the XML (manifest) that precedes the root element is not well-formed.

  I check online and it is related to HTML5 and unsupported objects. I did a cleanup and removed the unsupported objects and it is still showing up.

  Someone can give information me on what this error is and how to fix?

  Yes.  I think your problem is perhaps due to the publication of a SWF output with HTML5.  The file imsmanifest.xml maybe not at the root of SCORM where LMS is expected to find.  Try my suggestion to publish only one exit at once.

• LMS Reporting errors

  Hi all

  I'm working with a new client that use a bit of an outdated LMS. They have all kinds of problems with the declaration of completion of their e-learning modules.

  After many conversations with the LMS vendors, I was informed that the statement errors are caused by a session time-out the LMS's, where if 20 minutes past where the SCORM does not somehow contact or "ping" the LMS, it will be time.  This means that the learner went 30 minutes doing an e-Learning module, the last 5 minutes which is a quiz, but the results of the quiz and completion are not getting the LMS spokesperson because the session has expired before you start the quiz.

  During the content slides (no quiz), so I need to find a way for the SCORM module interact with the LMS and perpetuate the session without changing the structure of the module.  I don't like the idea to follow the slides in the completion of the report (because there are a few branches, and not everyone discovers the same number of slides at the end of the module). Can someone suggest a simple solution for this?

  'Send the data on each slide' should do what you need. If nothing else, CP should send "resume data" (since you have 'Never' checked ' on each slide.)

  If sending data on each slide is indeed applicable only to the slides that send interaction data (which I doubt), then you could possibly workaround by including a next button on each slide with a value of 1... so that the partition should be sent to the LMS.

  However, who will surely shake your score real quiz.

  May be worth a try just to see if it solves or proves the issue...

  How can you be sure that the option to send data only applies to the quiz on the slides?

  Cause if you look at configure it button options next to SCORM 1.2... who has a "SendTrackingDataAtEnd" model which is exactly to send all the data at the end... which involves with design 'Default' data are sent across, not only for the quizzes...

• Errors when you LMS report

  I publish with captivate scorm 2004 9 - 4. SWF. I have 10 questions of the quiz. I get this error on and above even after deleting all the quiz questions and recreate. I hit a wall with this:

  It looks like a fixed it. A strange character may have made its way into the test page or the accessibility properties. I just deleted and they are in the new text. However, I've never seen strange characters - I know that to avoid this. Some random code to a word doc and paste may have made its way in.

  I created a poller associated with my model, I add my device and when I click on 'Next', I have this error message:

  It seems that most of the 2960 have a temperature sensor implemented in hardware and therefore, it shows no values.

  If a device does not show anything on CLI, it is almost impossible that it will display something via SNMP.

  Seems to be the certificate expired on the LMS server:

  java.security.cert.CertificateExpiredException: NotAfter: Sun Jan 13 09:22:18 CST 2013

  at sun.security.x509.CertificateValidity.valid(CertificateValidity.java:256)

  Genearte a new certificate and check the issue:

  To generate a new certificate in LMS

  1 stop the daemon Manager

  a. Windows: net stop crmdmgtd

  b. Solaris: stop /etc/init.d/dmgtd

  1 remove the following certificate files to (NMSROOT/MDC/Apache/conf/ssl)

  Server.CRT has.

  Server.key b.

  c. server.pk8

  d. server.csr

  2 disable SSL:

  for example

  D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\bin >perl ' D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\ConfigSSL.pl ' - disable

  3 activate SSL generate the certificate:

  D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\bin >perl ' D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\ConfigSSL.pl ' - activate

  4. run Daemon Manager
