  You will see that you are connected with wrong email address.

  Please refer to this screenshot and click the option at the bottom of disconnection. Reconnect you with the correct address.

  I try to install Creative Cloud Desktop on my Windows 7 system.

  I tried the steps that I could find on help forums and it has all come failing

  I tried vacuuming running

  I've renamed the OOBE folder

  I uninstalled the first 5.5 I initially loaded on the computer

  Each time all I get is the same "Creative cloud cannot install Office.

  I don't know what else could be the problem. I have several hard drives? I don't see why that would be a problem, but perhaps he might factor in.
