I tried already running as creative cloud uninstaller, but it always come with "uninstallation is completed with errors"...
also, I don't find the OOBE file.
guys do you have an idea how to solve this problem?

My 8 Adobe has stop working and now I am unable to open everything about Adobe. I tried to update to the latest cersion, but don't succeed.
The most recent version is Adobe reader X (10)
I do as suggested by Azam and uninstall the previous version. Have you tried a system restore to an earlier date and then tried to uninstall. If you click on "help" in the toolbar of the Adobe Reader there may be an option "repair Adobe installation".
You could also try to reinstall Reader 8 and try once again an uninstall.
If all else fails I try and install Reader X in any case if you have a corrupted version of the 8

Whenever I try to open a pdf file or drive on its own, I get the following message is displayed.

Creative cloud desktop application has stopped working
I had several problems with creative cloud since I moved from CS 5.5. To be honest I spend most of my time trying to convince myself all the CC because benefits that it is intrinsically reliable and most unstable - especially when approaching deadlines. And no matter whether Mac or PC. I have a Mac at home and a PC at work. Trying to problem solve errors that constantly make my user experience simply horrible.
This time around the creative Cloud application stopped working a couple of days without apparent reason. I uninstalled the old version and downloaded the latest version, then I could update the other applications. I clicked on the .exe file - absolutely nothing! All ideas welcome.

I reinstalled Windows 7 Pro in my Alienware MX17 R3 2011 recently and have nothing installed on this computer. I just downloaded Photoshop and InDesign.
I waited for the two to download then opened Indesign CC 2015 and almost immediately an error popped up saying that the program has stopped, windows is checking for a solution.
Same thing with Photoshop.

AcroCEF Adobe has stopped working
We have 4 identical terminal servers and a product this seconds error after opening a PDF file. It occurs with local files and files of a file server. The error can be minimized and the user can still work with the program. This happens all both admin and non-admin users. Protected mode is disabled and we use Acrobat Standard DC 2015. Thank you in advanced for your help.
Thanks for responding. I ended up having to reset the permissions on the folder and then uninstall and reinstall the software.

I went through and used the cleaning tool from Adobe to remove Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat and then installed a new to Acrobat, but I still get the error.
Any suggestions who point me in the direction of fixing this issue are much appreciated!
If you have any other Adobe products installed (like Photoshop and InDesign) then please try following steps:
Delete all the files in the following folders:
C:\PrgroamData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
And delete all the files in the folder following except cache.db
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD
Product launch and activate again.
