  Steps to follow:

  Tried to put the default dashboard for all users.
  1. creates a session init block

  Cert status you see in the list entry to the iLearning is derived from the information on the record offer of registration including the cert period start date, days of initial certification, cert period end date, days of renewal of certification, certification expires on the date of notification, etc.

  The record of certification_performance only provides information about the progress of the learner in the current period of certification. You should be able to determine the status of the learner in the certification based on a comparison between the current date with respect to the other information on the registration of offerng_enrollment as above. For example, if the cert period end date is less than the current date, the user could be expired.
