Long rendering times, is there something that I can change?

Hello

I'm new to video editing and I have a Macbook Pro

2.4 GHz Intel Core i7

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024Mo

OS X 10.9.2

When I visited a 8 second video clip in Premiere Pro that had a small effect added in After Effects, it took 35 minutes to render. I wonder if my computer is not able to manage it or if I'm doing something wrong. Help, please.

Thank you

Hi bsimpson,

After Effects open, closed or minimized to the dock while he was gone? Try closing in After Effects and then make.

Thank you

Kevin
