Look and the iPhone is no longer connect

After resetting the settings on my iphone5 (long story), my Apple Watch matched now tells me that it can not load maps, and weather, or because it cannot connect to my iPhone.  Oddly enough, my calendar and stocks apps still work.  When I run the app shows on my phone and click on software update (I don't have not yet updated for os2), the phone says that it cannot connect to the watch.  The phone and the watch still seem to be associated.  I hope someone has an idea about how to solve this problem.  Thanks in advance.

Hello

Check that Bluetooth and Wi - Fi are activated on your iPhone:

  • Phone: Settings > Bluetooth - on.
  • Phone: Settings > Wi - Fi - on.

Make sure your watch is not in Airplane Mode:

  • When you display the time on your watch, drag upward on your watch dial > drag left / right for the look of settings > check it shows connected and shows a green phone icon > disable airplane Mode if it is enabled.

It can help to restart your iPhone and your watch. Turn on both devices off the power together first, and then restart your iPhone before restarting your watch:

  • To turn off your watch: press and hold the button side until you see the cursor off the power; slide it to turn off;
  • To turn it on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

Otherwise, it can help to disable the twinning and re - pair your watch:

  • The app shows on your iPhone shows backups automatically, including a new when the unpairing via the application.
  • Choose to restore your watch (backup restore) when provided the opportunity during the whole. Most of the data and settings will be restored, with a few exceptions (for example cards Pay Apple, access code).
  • If you cannot disable the twinning via the application Watch (instructions via the link below), then clear your watch manually: homescreen (via a simple press on the digital Crown) > (cog icon) settings > General > reset > erase content and settings.
  • Cancel the twinning of your iPhone - Apple and Apple Watch Support
  • Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support
