• Windows 7 Media Center blocks access to the recorded TV library

  I have Windows 7 Ultimate and it seems that all my drivers work fine. I can watch live TV and netflix indefinitely without problems. However, whenever I have TV access recorded, it hangs about 3 seconds after I access. Even if I just look at the recorded TV screen (3 seconds later it crashes), or if I try to record something (3 seconds later it crashes). Can I change my TV settings without problems and I tried to change the location of the hard drive where they are registered. I also cleaned all of my hard drives a disk check run several times. Any ideas?

• I lost a lot of music in iTunes. Especially since I loaded in and CD personal records. I tried to look into the files previously, but they are the same as my current files

  I just bought a new laptop with Windows 10. All my files were transferred to the place of purchase (large chain store with technical support). Everything was fine until I upgraded to 12.4.0.119. Now, I've lost all my music from CD that I have loaded record in and personal that I did. I tried the suggestions posted in the community either looking in the files previous but even going back until 2014 they are the same.

  See the empty/corrupted after upgrade/crash iTunes library. I suspect that you have not used the right approach to access the previous library.

  TB V - 24.4.0, Win XP32, fired from OE to the CT today on the friends system is about to run Win 7 64. Original e-mail account is lequipetv.fr and it was able to import all the mail and setting of address book correctly in TB. However, at the top of the pane of the records of the CT, his main account is not listed, only local files. One last question, I don't like having the pane complete message for security reasons, but when I go into this display/page/Message pane and uncheck it on every screen, every time that I reopen it TB, it gives the message pane on.   I understand that you can not copy the files to a folder. I'm not sure where the destination is, but I would recommend that you look at the permissions for your destination file. As long as you are authorized, you should be good to go.

  Windows XP is too old to do something other than a floppy drive.  If the automated system recovery disk is important to your backup and restore needs (HINT: YES it IS!) then get a USB floppy drive to create the ASR disk.  Or get a copy of most modern backup and restore program that works under XP and use modern media (USB, CD/DVD, keys etc.) to create a startup/recovery media.

  How is not have you backed up the files?  You just burn it to a CD or did you use the 'NT backup' program of Windows XP?  I don't think that the Windows XP Backup program is compatible with the Windows 7 backup program.  The following link contains an article that explains this condition:

  If you simply copied the files on the CD/DVD, then it is possible the program that copied the DVD not to "finalize" the DVD.  If you can play the DVD on the computer that created it, but cannot on another computer, then this is probably the case.  If this is the case, then put the disk into the computer that created and put in place the program that burned and look under the 'Tools' menu for an option "Finalize"... and do it.

  You can't have a folder inside another folder. I assume you mean a subfolder?

  Look at all the records and expand with the > in front of them. I hope that it was just dragged to another location. If this isn't the case, now you know the need to safeguard all of your personal files and folders in all locations on your computer.
