  I just put my laptop Toshiba L505-S5984 for Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.  I lost a lot of programs, but have been able to download almost all of them.  However, I have none of the games Microsoft supplied with the original system.  I have not titans of chess, solitaire, spider solitaire, hearts, etc...  How retrieve them and get back them?  Thank you!

  Windows 7 Professional natively does not links of games.  To install, open the Control Panel and click programs and features icon. And then in the left pane, click Windows turn features on or off. Place a check mark in the play area, and then click OK. Carey Frisch

  If you have your Windows CD, follow these steps:

  Click Start > Control Panel
  Double-click on "Add or Remove Programs".
  Click on "Add/Remove Windows components" and
  Click on "accessories and utilities.
  Click on "Details". Check the box 'games '.
  Select the games you want to install on your computer.

  The Games folder is the central location for all the games on your computer. If you are referring to the built-in in Windows games, the games are automatically added to the Games folder.

  Otherwise, you can turn on Windows features games and check.

  a. click the Start button, select Control Panel, click programs and then click turn on turn Windows features on or off.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  (b) to enable the games to open the games and select the checkbox next to the games.

  c. click OK.

  If I remember correctly, I was playing solitaire spider on this computer about 1 year ago, but now I can't find the Games folder in the start menu. In the past, the record of the games was still installed automactically when I installed the operating system. Can it be restored or installed from a stand alone facility?

  When you go to start, type spider and see if it lists the game.  Otherwise, type appwiz.cpl and press ENTER.  Then click Add windows components, and then check out the games.  Sometimes, on Windows 7 Pro, they are disabled.

  He called the Panel Basic or article. He sometimes disappears. The solution is to right-click (or the equivalent on Mac) I am one of the other section as tone curve headers, etc. and make sure there is a check mark for each section or group that you want to display.

  Assuming that yoy are using Vista...
  Suggestions:

  1. start > all programs > scroll down to find GAMES > open it. MS games still appear? > If Yes, click on one of them > it does not open and it works?
