  Well, I think I solved the problem. The first time I did a new install of Windows 10, didn't have an Ethernet cable connected to the computer. This leads to all sorts of problems, including a lack of access to the Internet and some devices are not installed correctly. I reformatted the SSD drive and cloned my old hard drive, but that resulted in a very slow performance, then I would get errors every other time I start the computer (inaccessible_boot_device, unexpected_store_exception and kernel_data_input_error). In addition, the hard drive that I cloned has been running the 64 bit version of Windows 10, and I wanted to try the 32-bit version, because I want to use some software of old who will not run on 64-bit Windows 10 (for example, the Spanish dictionary Oxford SuperLex 3-in-1, French and German).

  Last night, I did another installation of the 32-bit version, but with a network attached cable. This time, after installation and update of Windows, all my devices appear to be installed and working properly. This includes the Synaptics touchpad, the HP wireless button, the AMD Radeon graphics card and the Realtek card reader. The system is a customized version of the year, and I've updated all my drivers and software. I did my best to try to understand why it keeps crashing, including repair of windows, memory diagnostics, disk hard scans, Mr Fix It, removing overclocks, etc, etc, but I failed. I can say with certainty that the event viewer reports the same codes of each hour. It's as follows:

• QSI CDRW/DVD SBW-242 won't read DVD or BURN a CD (music CD will PLAY) [AFTER the HD FORMAT and re - install}

  Dell Inspiron5100 WinXP SP3.

  Due to malware, I had to FORMAT my HD and re-install Windows XP OEM disc.  I also reinstalled WIN DVD4 from the OEM disc that came with the laptop.

  Check SYSTEM/DeviceMGR/material indicates a problem with the drive, but: it won't READ a DVD or burn a CD (which she has done before)

  Can't update anything of QSI as they were absorbed by COREL years.  No support available for WINDVD4

  Did yesterday.  It installed/ran "MR. Microsoft Fixit' with the result:

  It seems that you have not installed the driver for the sound card.

  If you use a restore disk from gateway it should be there, if you are using a full Windows XP disk then gateway should have provided additional disks with all the necessary drivers.

I tried the solution to the difficulty of corruption problems MSI software update registration. Help I don't know where to go from here. I ran the windows Memory Diagnostic tool, which came with no error. In the community he sent me to back registry which I do not know how to do. Can I save on my hard drive or another source.   If you want Office 2007 updates to appear in the installed updates again, you would need to uninstall/reinstall Office 2007 and install all the updates again.

  Assuming that Office 2007 is installed & working properly and no update is offered when you run a manual check for updates now, you might want to leave enough alone (that is, do nothing) - then see if the 2 updates for Office 2007 SP3 be released next Tuesday (a) receive, (b) successfully install and (c) are listed in the installed updates later.

  PS: The possible causes of the problem are messing with registry cleaners, messing around with the Software Distribution folder, and the fact that it was a computer refurbished when you bought it.

  There is no version of Firefox 64-bit yet for Windows but it was Firefox 64-bit for Mac OSX (dmg combined 32/64) and Linux since Firefox 4.0

  As said that there is Firefox Win64 on beta channel for a test as described above but this does not mean there will be for Firefox exit 39.0 Win64. He's been Win64 versions on channel Beta Firefox 37.0 b #.
