Lost features Android 4.0?

I've updated my Xperia Arc Android 4.0 earlier. Now, I encountered a small problem with my phone and he needed a full reset.

Before zero all my options were kept in 4.0, as they were in the previous version (things like my photo on my home screen frames and end a call with the sleep button).

Now, after the reboot if I want to add an image to my home he has followed in size (so it is impossible to put several on 1 screen) and also I can't find the option to end the call with the sleep button. They were two of these functions, I really liked on my phone, so now I'm wondering I'm not something wrong or overlooking some options.

I can confirm that these two things are not bugs or parameters that you have overlooked, these are the changes in ICS. I have no information on why it changed unfortunately. I suggest looking up in the store to play to find a widget that has the smaller country. About the call to the end, I have not all good ideas, but maybe there is someone else here who has?

    I miss the function "convert" in Jdev IDE. In previous versions, it was possible to click with the right button on a GUI component for example in the window of the structure and then convert it to another GUI component.

    The functionality is still there, but with some changes.
    The complaints we got were some of the conversions was not well - convert, for example, when you convert a path to another there is no automatic conversion of facets (and in fact, I doubt that such a conversion is possible).
    You will find that the option convert is always there for the various components of entry and exit and you offer conversion to the 'logic' list components.

    If you miss this feature - please let us know post on this thread - and we will try to improve this feature in future versions.

    If you mean you use acrobat adobe 9 and replaced it with adobe acrobat reader XI, then:

    1. Uninstall acrobat reader

    2. vacuum (http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html)

    As a user of long date of Firefox (and Netscape), I tend to agree with you that some type of compatibility check must be done before the real Firefox takes place version upgrade. I never install a new version of Firefox on my previous version. I admit that I'm a more experienced user and generally start to use new versions of Firefox during the beta test period and install the beta version, with a separate profile required, to test the new product and test the compatibility of the add-on. I know that's not possible or convenient for all users.

    The following extension can save you some frustration.

    There has been no official word on 5.1 on any handset motorcycle. Given that the Nexus 6 does not yet have it, I doubt that any phone of motorcycle only.

    That may be true - Andoidpolice show at least 5 iterations of 5.1 on Nexus - it is probably a beta version. Developers should test. If 5.1 is the next step, then I have no reason to believe that all phones planned for 5. 0 x will get 5.1 - but that's just my opinion.

    Features Android are a little behind the BONE so there is no brush settings in the Android version of the app yet.

    I know it won't help you now, but the plan is definitely to include them.

    I used Pages ' 09, v. 4.3 on merge to corporate clients of lists of selected contacts.  Because I downloaded El Capitan and receipt Pages updated, I can't merge with Pages ' 09.  Is there anything I can do as soon as possible because I have a letter to be released immediately.

    When you try to use the Pages ' 09 v4.3, ensure that it is the only version of Pages that is currently running. All Pages v5 releases do not natively mail/Contact/data merge support. On a Mac with the two versions of installed Pages, Pages v5.6.2 will be the default launch app Pages, except for Pages ' 09 v4.3 is already running.

    All document Pages ' 09, with features not supported in the v5.6.2, Pages and that you authorize to be converted to the format of document Pages v5, will lose these features not supported (for example of merge fields). Export the document back to Pages ' 09 format does not restore the lost features.

    Personally, I don't use a Pages ' 09 v4.3 for any form of merger activity, but I thought some of the fusion panels, when I was testing, was different, or were incomplete after upgrade to El Capitan.

  • loss of functionality since the last update

    Since the last update of Mozilla a few days ago (Mac) I noticed at least 2 items that I used to use regularly lost features:

    1. used to be able to rearrange bookmarks by drag-and - drop (bookmarks-> show all bookmarks). Is no longer able to rearrange except manually and paste laboriously

    2. used to be able to click on download arrow in the toolbar to see the progress of downloads. Click no longer works. Now, cannot see download progress by (Tools-> downloads) pop-up menu.

    And no, the mouse works fine, can click on other things and drag and drop photos etc very well. Please notify. Thank you!

    Just set Mozilla to update to the beta 29,0. My browser has been configured as follows:

    File, editing, display etc. are first;
    then there's "home" button and the address bar.
    then bookmarks bar;
    and finally the tabs.

    Now the tabs are at the top of the address bar and I can't move it to the bottom. I tried to get: config with browser.tabs.on Top but it does simply not at all.

    I use the default skin for Firefox and I have no visual Add ons.

    Running every night and Aurora versions have an interface Australis which seems different from the user interface in current versions of Firefox.

  • On the use of Find... (loss of functionality, perhaps?)

    I upgraded to El Capitan (Yosemite ignored) and I'm set.

    Safari 9 is installed and I noticed something right away.  It is not a huge thing, but I found it useful.  I wonder if this is a setting that I missed or if model just don't include (function) in Safari more.

    Whenever I was on a web page and I wanted to search for text, I started typing the text I was looking for and the search bar would open up all on its own.  It opened as if I pressed Command-F.  However, I don't have to press Control + F, it would open search bar automatically.  (if your cursor is in the address box it does not open the search bar, it would show the text in the address bar.)  I always made sure that my mouse was first clicked on the web page.)

    Since this new update, this small does not work.  If I start to type text, nothing happens.  If I press Command + F, of course, the search bar opens and I can do a search just like before.

    Is this a lost feature?  Or am I missing a setting somewhere?

    It's a minor thing, but I just thought I'd ask.  Maybe someone else has noticed the change and know how to get it back.
