Lost installation disks but have registered

CS-6 Design Standard (Mac)... My (iMac 2013) hard drive failed and I lost my installation discs for various standards on creative (CS 5, 5.5, 6) I've owned over the years.  I have the last registration number for the last drive: 5.5 to 6 CS CS upgrade.  Adobe support Chat yesterday it first confirmed my registration number and then sent me to a download page for CS - 6. Unfortunately, which will install not except if it detects CS 5.5 (or other Adobe products) on my computer. But everything was wiped out after the failure of my hard drive. ... Is there a way I can return CS-6 on my computer? ...

Thank you very much.

You are welcome.  When you go to activate CS6 it says it can't find the qualifying version and offer to two entries.  One is a selection list to select the name of the older version who is eligible to use the upgrade and the other entry is for the serial number for this older version.

    I want to reload XP Home Ed. I have no disks but have the key. I followed the instructions of some sites but can't find i386 or win32.exe or winnt32.exe. Can someone please?

    Original title: Windows XP Home Edition

    The disc you use must match your key - Type (OEM/retail) and Version (Home/Pro).

    If you have a retail license key, you need a retail license diskette.

    More common is to have a system OEM (Dell, HP, Gateway, etc.).  In this case, you will need an installation disc from the manufacturer of your computer to reinstall Windows (contact them).  In some cases, the Windows license is closed the BIOS installation media.

    Many newer computers include a "recovery Partition" that activate you by pressing a button shown in the first start screen when you start (usually called "System Recovery").  If this is your case, you will not need to install drive - just hit this key (quickly!) when the splash screen comes up

    You can check with the manufacturer of the camera, whoever it is.

    You can also remove the memory card and put it in a card reader that plugs into a USB port.  If you do not, you can buy them for about $3 in computer stores.

    Good luck.

    However, seem to like Photoshop Elements 7 is too old to be listed.

  • Lost XP installation disc, but have the product key

    I uninstalled Windows XP Home Edition on my Compaq Presario SR1320NX and put Linux out there. Now I regret it and plan to reinstall XP. The problem is that I lost my installation disc. Can I still get one with my XP license key? And what other info I will have to provide (if I can see if I still have it / pick.) If my computer needs to be under warranty, how will I know if it is or not?

    Here are the specifications of your Compaq Presario SR1320NX desktop computer. It was introduced in December 2004 and is about 7.5 years old. HP ensures that most of their products to use for a period of one year. Therefore, your computer no longer under warranty.

    The key on the COA XP is not really designed for activation, as HP has delivered the computer already activated with a diiferent HP OEM on the computer key. The computer came with the installation of any kind discs. This computer required (as most modern computers) do you re recovery discs - install the original HP image. As HP keeps is more these discs, please order from ComputerSurgeons.com for $27.

  • Don't install windows vista no disk but have product key sticker

    Interesting problem? I have a laptop Acer Aspire 7720 G, which had Vista Home basic installed on the purchase, without discs provided but sticker windows product code based on the laptop. I just bought and installed windows 7 Home premium which seem to instal fine, but now my graphics card is not recognized (nvidia geforce). all I get is poor graphic vga? I tried to update the drivers from windows update and nvidia, no sucsess. 'Systems' I can't even see my graphics card, it seems I just graphics vga integrated, not good on a computer with blu-ray/dvd player and power dvd installed, nothing will work out of a bad quality dvd movie.

    someone said that acer do not support windows 7 for this laptop and recommended re-setup of trash vista, but since I have no disk how can I do this. I don't have the product key code?

    do I really have to install windows vista again and have I wasted my money on windows 7 that I can't use because my graphics card is not recognized? really frustrating, ilike, windows 7, want to use it, but how can I if it does not recognize my nvidai card, any help would be appreciated

    How to get Vista recovery Media or the Vista recovery Partition on your computer back to factory settings.

    There is no Vista free download legal available.

    Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

    See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

    Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

    Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

    Ask them if you can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

    They will tell you how to do this.

    Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

    Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
    A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
    The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

    There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

    If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

  • Replace the new Windows8 laptop with Windows7 professional - no disks, but have recovery discs and product key

    I have recently fried my laptop 3 year old who has Windows 7 top (my husband he drowned in coffee!).  I bought a new Toshiba laptop and it came with Windows 8.  I already have a laptop with Windows 8.1 so would like to change the more recent Windows 7.  I have the laptop recovery disks drowned and the product key for Windows 7 Professional upgrade.  How can I change to Windows 7 Professional?  I think I need to totally erase Windows 8 first, but I don't know how to do it.

    -A installation, an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) installation?

    If so, you may need to contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer for the installation CD.

    If you purchased the CD from Microsoft and installed, contact your team Microsoft Supplemental Parts to the appropriate number provided in the 'Contact Information' section from the link below:

    This is an OEM version. It cannot be transferred to another computer.

    Hello forum,.

    I'm swapping on a XP machine to a Windows 7 32-bit machine.

    The user has no serial number, but I extracted the key encrypted in the registry.

    Select this option.

    Don't hold your breath awaiting Adobe to communicate with you, especially as a result of poster in this forum from a user to.  If it is a XP machine means that it is old software and Adobe does not provide support for their older software.  You can try to contact them by CAT, but if you have no account and no proof of ownership, you aren't likely to get far... even people who don't have that find no help for the old stuff.

    Hello Alan HKK.

    As Vista was preinstalled you cannot move it to another PC.

    A Vista preinstalled (from HP, Acer, etc..) License is called an OEM license and is related to the 1st computer on which it is installed on.

    It is related to this PC for the life of this PC and dies when the PC dies.

    The licenses of Vista at retail are licenses that can be transferred to another PC.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Like you bought a pack of 3 of the office, you can transfer licenses of office from PC to PC.
    To find the office key on PC dead by process of elimination, try one of these programs to check the keys on the other 2 PC.
    Try one of these 2 programs:
    And read these information from Microsoft on how to replace the software, etc. :
