lost my adobe creative cloud. only the logo to the left on my home screen on my PC
A member for a few months now and no never happened before. I click on the logo of cloud creative adobe on my home screen and "nothing" happens.
Tried to download it again and see a folder empty if research records...
I'm bad at these things, could you please help? TXS

I downloaded CreativeCloudSet - Up.exe. When I double click on this file. Adobe Creative Cloud installs the desktop icon and the program tries to open but don't ever completely. The turning turn (for hours), but the program never opens?

How to export the library Photos Apple to Adobe Creative Cloud maintaining the original RAW files
Hello community,
I feel 'stupid' as I was on Adobe on my Windows system, then when I went to Mac, I used their Apreture and having migrated to their last Photos app, and affected by the many limitations of it, I try to export my library of Photos Apple together (two of them) in Adobe Creative Cloud.
The big worry here is that if such a device exists on end of Adobe? And, personally, I spoke with support from Apple for the Photos app and I was told there is _no way_ to export their photos app original RAW files! It's horrible for a photographer!
Basically, just want to know if there is a way to migrate the library of Photos Apple (keeping the RAW digital files) on Adobe Creative Cloud. I searched and not found an answer in the FAQ.

Using the Apple Photo of Unmodified Original export feature, it seems, the original RAW. CR2 file could export... so looks like I have to export as this manually and reorganize everything.
Adobe really needs to have this feature/plugin. Suggest this feature on http://feedback.photoshop.com and suggest others do as well.

Cannot install Adobe Creative cloud and can't remove it
Help, please. During the software update (for windows 8), the computer was off. There was an error in update: C000003A. After that I went back to the previously saved configuration (if I understand correctly) I tried to install all my programs once more (desktop, Adobe Creative cloud, etc.) During installation of creative cloud installation saying that the previous filed was not properly deleted), I deleted the file "Adobe" according to the instructions from Adobe and also deleted with CC Cleaner. Doesn't work. I can't install my Adobe or remove and reinstall. It's text from Adobe:

In this case, it is better to own reseating of the creative cloud app and then try to install Photoshop cc.
Follow the procedure below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Restart Computer after uninstalling cloud creative app. Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Disable the firewall temporarily. [Optional step]
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
- Run the cleanup tool Adobe and if present remove below mentioned only options:
- Creative cloud office
- Adobe Photoshop cc
- Adobe Application Manager

Step 5:
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

My problem is mainly in the title. I don't remember being asked to activate or to pay for the service and I only realized that I was charged when checking my bank records.
How and why have I been charged? I canceled the product today but I don't know which provides a refund because it is an annual fee. Is there a link between Apple and Adobe, which automatically configures this accusation? And how can I get a refund.

Cloud creative for iOS is a free application, so you should not be charged for it. Adobe Creative cloud on the App Store on iTunes
You must only be loaded during a creative cloud membership if you bought for your PC or Mac.

Reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud
My laptop had to be wiped out and the Windows reinstalled.

Hey - I hope you can help. I'm under CC on a PC and I buy an iPad pro. Can I perfectly send/receive the vectors/graph between the two devices - in other words is going to talk about Apple and Microsoft to another. So if I'm with a client and then come home can I download/send what I did on my ipad and continue to work on my PC?

You can use Adobe Creative Cloud on your desktop (PC Win) and also on your device (iPad pro).
Just be sure that PC supports the desktop versions of the apps (desktop applications Adobe Creative Cloud|) Adobe Creative Cloud ) and the iPad device will support mobile applications (Mobile Apps ).
You can synchronize the work on one of the applications to the course in the library of creative cloud in order to adapt them to another application.

I was asking for help all day today with Adobe Creative Cloud. The software does not open on my comput r. I restarted my computer at least 5 times now. I even turned off for an hour and then tried again. I tried to uninstall it, and for some reason, it won't let me. It isn't working and I really need help to fix it.
