  I use Dreamweaver CC 2015.3.  I had built a site with an earlier version of DW with no complaints.  In this new version, two of the pages have the lower navigation bar and the footer in the wrapper.  The code below is from the home page.  In this case DW shows no errors, even if there is an unpaired < / div >.  The navigation bar and the footer are still in the package.  Below that is the code for the page that moves the navigation bar and the footer under the wrapper in the background image and extends to the width of the display bar.

• Complicated assignment of importance?

  I would like to create a spreadsheet to track the importance of the issues to be addressed. I don't know how to get the result that I have in mind. That's what I'm doing:

  I have a spreadsheet with multiple rows and columns. Each line is 1 point, each column is another aspect of the question. What I would like is to be able to assign a unique number to all the elements that define its importance (when it should be handled).

  So, if there are 5 elements, I can assign a 5 point more urgent, 4 to each other online, etc. Then, by using 'top-down ranking', the most important points are automatically on top the lower elements.

  It's easy when there are a relatively small number of elements but the worksheet is more than 300 articles and will grow even more over time.

  I would like to have the numbers to take care of the following:

  1. When you add a new item, have the numbers assign it a unique 'number of importance', and have the previous elements adjust automatically to the new total number of items.

  for example (as in the previous example) if there are 5 Articles and I add a new item, the item which was previously a 5 becomes a 6, 4 becomes 3, etc and the new item is the new 1.

  2. increase and reduction of specific items in increments of 1 to be able to refine the levels of the importance of the issues in relation to the other.

  A complication to your request is that a cell can have a formula in it or an operator entered value, but not both. It seems to me that you must be able to the importance of rank and the newest is not always the most important. Here are the two reasons to be able to automate the process.

  Maybe it's not sexy, but you can watch your own values and keep the list sorted yourself. If you need to add a sixth question and you want between 4 and 3 assign 3.5. No room between 3.5 and 3.6? Then, 3.55.

  I suggest to install the latest driver for the found device here.  I think that the 3rd or 4th low element will work.

  If this does not solve your problem, if you already have a wireless network, I would buy a wireless network card.  I'm a big fan of wireless networks, because they are much more flexible.

• PIN at the bottom of the browser is defective

  I create a Web site with navigation to the four corners of the screen. I need these elements to pin to the browser window using the PIN tool. It works perfectly when I put it to the top of the Master Page (screenshot attached):

  I can't seem to find what is the cause of the error of translation between the master page and it is applied to a page. Since it works perfectly and is fully adapted to the needs, stick to the browser properly, corners in the Master Page I guess that's something on the homepage or test blank page causing the Master Page to wrong read or carry on items but there aren't the products covering these elements with z-index.

  I have difficulties to obtain values for the internal settings.  It's less hard to set, you can use the Listener Script to get the code to use.  Presumably, you use executeActionGet() with an ActionReference.  The problem is to know how to build the ActionReference.  It doesn't seem to be a lot of documentation on that.

  My immediate problem is how to get the parameters of the 3D camera. I know this requires Photoshop Extended, but the principle must be the same.  This code sucessfully defines these parameters:

  Sorry, I don't always know what your data looks like, or what are the exact results you want.

  It looks something like this:
  Given a node in a tree, you want the root of the tree. You are not interested in the number of levels on the root is, and you don't need all the data from the nodes between the two.

• Elements 14 says I'm low disk space when I'm not

  Recently installed 14 items on a new computer.  I imported a bunch of photos and when I try to change the Organizer using anything other than agricultural or the removal of red eye, I get a message that I can't because I'm low disk space.  My computer is not low disk space; This is a new computer.  So far I have not problems no Editor editing.  I have items on my C: drive and pictures are on a mapped network drive. Previously, I had 11 items and never had a problem with the photos on a network drive.

  Whenever I try to import a record Collection Master Chief, it comes out all the glitch in the search. I record with my HD PVR 2 games Ed Pro at 1920 x 1080 p 60 FPS, but with this capture card, it is able to record to it, but then falls the FPS up to 30 images/s after you save the file.

  The video is seem to have problems with the framerate. When I look at my images recorded on Windows Media Player, it plays very well. No no tear, no problems with the pace. The fades of when you die to the screen goes black and then spawn yours isn't looking for lag. But when I put in the first 13 items, quality decreases enormously.

  I have visited several page layouts. I tried. 1920 x 1080 p MP4 and YouTube HD 1920 x 1080 p 30 fps. None works well. Even after doing a quality test and download to YouTube to see if that fixes it, it still has the problem. I also tried to lower the FPS, and none of them does not seem to work.

  I was told that it had to do with the fact that Adobe can't handle 60 FPS, but when I got the trial he worked for Forza (running 1080 p 60 FPS on Xbox as well). The only other video I tried so far on my purchased version is The Crew, but running at 30 FPS.

  You can make a copy of the original project and see if what follows is a quick way to the question...

  Click on the file where you have your video and audio related and select unlink video and Audio on the shortcut menu.

  With audio selected, hold down ALT on the main keyboard to the computer, and press the arrow key right or left. Each tap of the arrow will push the audio 1 frame. If you press the Shift + Alt of the main keyboard to the computer and press the right or left arrow key once, every tap of the arrow will push the audio frames 5.
