  Meriem, there seems to be some disconnect that the host file should solve the problem.

  Otherwise, you can run the application and go to the 'Help' menu at the top and select 'enable '. The activation screen came to get the serial number on your part.

  Step 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...) Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

  If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

  It was a trial version, so you couldn't use unlimited number.
  Also if you want to use this application you need to buy this software.

  Turning off graphics acceleration. Go to preferences-> Performance tab and uncheck the box there.

  Never mind.  You open the editor in photoshop and elements first to get the button to enter the serial number.

  No need to uninstall CC. Enter your serial number to convert it to perpetually licensed 6 version.

  manuwest. Probably you bought English version, but installed your native. Check which language you have apps. If what I write is true, you must uninstall all applications, and then install again with Adobe Application Manager, but in the preferences of it you need to change English tongue. It should help.
