  You have installed a fake 'utility' called 'Advanced Mac Cleaner.' Like any software that aims to 'clean up' or to 'speed up' a Mac automatically, it's a scam, and some variants of it are ad-injecting malware.

  To remove it, please take the following steps. Some of the files listed may be absent in your case. Back up all data before proceeding.

  Malware is constantly evolving to work around defenses against it. This procedure works now, I know. It will not work in the future. Anyone finding this comment a couple of days or more after it was published should look for a more recent discussion, or start a new one.

  If you paid for the software with a credit card, consider the load statement to the Bank as fraudulent.

  Step 1

  Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select this option:

  ~/Library/LaunchAgents

  Right-click or Ctrl-click on the highlighted line and select

  Services ▹ Open

  the contextual menu.* can open a folder that is named "LaunchAgents. If so, take a look inside it for files whose name begins in one of these ways:

  com PCV.

  com WebShoppy

  Place such a file in the Recycle Bin.

  Go ▹ go to the folder...

  from the menu bar and paste it into the box that opens by pressing command + V. You won't see what you pasted a newline being included. Press return.

  Step 2

  Open this folder as in step 1:

  /Library/LaunchAgents

  Inside, there may be one or more files with name starting in

  com WebTools

  If so, move these files and only those who, in the trash. You may be prompted for administrator login password.

  Do not remove the LaunchAgents folder or anything else inside.

  Log off or restart the computer.

  Step 3

  Open the Applications folder and move an item named "Advanced Mac Cleaner" (if it exists) to the trash. Also remove all items with a name like "Shoppy" or "WebShoppy." Empty the trash.

  Step 4

  Tab Extensions of Safari preferences window, uninstall an extension named "XSearch" if it is present. Also delete other extensions that you don't know that you need. When in doubt, remove all of them. None is required for normal operation. You may need to do the equivalent with Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use one of the people.

  Step 5

  The malware is now permanently inactivated, as long as you don't reinstall it. This step is optional.

  Remove the following, if they exist, as in step 1:

  /Library/Application Support/amc

  ~/Library/AdvancedMacCleaner

  ~/Library/Application Support/WebTools

  There is no need to log out or restart after this step.

  The problem may have started when you have something, like the application "FileZilla", downloaded from the 'Sourceforge' site or some other Internet cesspit. Never to visit this site again. All software must be downloaded on the Web site or on the Mac App Store, as appropriate.

• I suddenly have problems with CS5 to export a Mac.app projector.

  Everything I'm doing is changing text on a file I exported as a projector Mac before and worked fine. The application launches another swf with load movie. The newly exported application does not overwrite the previous one - first suspicion that something was wrong. I deleted the old copy, then a new has been exported. However, when I try to run it on the new Mac OSX I get an error due to a damaged file so that the application can not be opened. It opens on an older Mac OSX. Strangely the same app that has been exported about 4 months ago works fine on the new Mac OS, so I just use that for now. I tried to reinstall Flash (I'm working on windows) during the previous installation. This has not fixed it. I also saw a few other concerns of older files are not replaced on the export and a clip that simply would not work correctly when that one bit of the text has been changed in the code. What can I do? Should I delete completely first Flash? I couldn't see a way in window 7 to uninstall Flash CS5. The windows projector works that I exported also works very well.

  Update on that. I found in another thread how to do a clean uninstall. I reinstalled Flash this time it wasn't a list of errors as when I installed on top of the existing program. But the problem is still there. I did a small test file in case the original file has been damaged. If I export the mac app I that the file was damaged only on the latest OS. This occurs when the file is unpacked on a Mac. I need to be able to export Mac projectors. Why it doesn't work anymore? Previous Projectors that I exported work on the newer operating system.

  I've just updated to Sierra. Since the upgrade did several reboots. When I discover an app the side also shows "4 +" or similar and I click on the note to view reviews and ratings of customer, a blank screen appears. Everyone knows this or have a way to solve this problem?

  My question is that I'll be able to download the "free apps" using my existing Apple ID?

  My face went from my Mac app. I can always pick up on Mac and iOS. But when I browse it through Albums-> faces I'm presented with a dialog box "Get Started."

  I think I've reinstalled my Mac and downloaded all the photos in iCloud again half a year ago. I read faces don't sync with iCloud, but you can search for them because they are connected to invisible smart albums that syncs.

  However, I have a Person.db of 45 MB file in my library of Photos. I can find my whole face of names when I search for text in this database. So I think I still have the database file, but Photos app does not seem to recognize it.

  Any ideas?

  You have described face albums doesn't sync to iCLoud photo library so when you removed from your library and replaced by a form of download ICPL, of course, you don't have the albums of faces and if you they you must re-create - you can always find a face using the search window or a smart album that information is there
