Mac - CS3 Licensing error, can not activate

Hi thanks in advance for you help in everything that can provide. I have Photoshop CS3 10.0.1 loaded on Mac Mini with the Mavericks 10.9.5. SE for it starts and I get a license expired error all of a sudden. I have the disks and serial number. It is a program that I have used successfully for years then something has changed on the back-end at Adobe. I tried to reinstall it (can not find the file to uninstall any applications or utilities) so I just tried to crush previous installation then got Activation - No. connection error. I can't uninstall the program. I got support me don't shove off on forums like they no longer support CS3 and having read many threads on this topic including the following:

I think I have the questions of the host that JJMack mentioned on the second thread, but beginner Geek article linked to a response didn't really cover how to get rid of these problems, only how to block Facebook. When I go in my Terminal I appear the following hosts.  I don't know what to do here to get my operational programme once more. Should I try these hosts to delta. If so, how do I? Terminal Server will not let me just remove them.

As you can see "0 the host file entries have been set" and you still see entries in hosts of your machine, then follow the steps below to manually clean these entries of your machine:

1 - right click on 'search' and select the 'go - to folder' option, you will get a text box, type in the command below and click 'go '.

" /etc "

2-look for hosts and ~ orig in this folder.

  • If you see these two files there then delete hosts and rename ~ Orig as hosts.
  • However, if you see what hosts can open it and look for adobe in there for example entries: activate.adobe.com, practivate.adobe.com etc.

3-If you see these entries, and then follow the steps below:

  • Select all the associated Adobe entries and delete them, you will be asked to create a copy of the armies please do it and save the file "hosts.copy" on your desktop.
  • Now remove the Hosts file located in your folder/etc .
  • After that slide the hosts.copy of office to file / etc , once you see this file was able to pass the folder/etc and rename it as "Hosts".

4. now, try activating again.
