It seems impossible to communicate with these guys live. This isn't the behavior of a reasonable provider that makes it very easy to con them directly and get an immediate refund of a product that does not like announced. There may be some stuff for this: but nothing is obvious in this surreal anti-paradis.

  Devices supported by Adobe Camera Raw

  First of all, the D90 was supported in Camera Raw 5.1.

  Open Photoshop and click on Photoshop (Mac) or help (Win) > Plug-ins > Camera Raw to see what version you use.

  Photoshop CS4 comes with Camera Raw 5.0.

  Try to update Camera Raw in Photoshop to 5.7 via help > updates.

  If this does not work, try to manually edit Camera Raw

  Go to iCloud.com using a computer, then settings. When loading this page, look down at left under Advanced and see if you can restore from there.
