  We have implemented the management of password according to http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E15217_01/ doc.1014 /e12489/idconfig.htm#CBDGGGHE and notes 444094.1 . We try to create a user through IdentityXML using the basic user workflow create that we created, but it fails. So we tried to create a user in Identity Manager from the link to create the user identity. We receive: initiated - finished, Enable - failed. We see http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12530_01/oam.1014/b32419/trblsht.htm#BABBAEAH statement about the searchbase, but he seems OK with our domain name and any authorized person. Anyone have any other ideas what could be the problem, or a way to solve this?

  As the link to the documentation pointed out - the ' enable - failed ' could be for various reasons such as licences in directory attributes, not provided necessary etc etc. The final place to look for what's not in the logs from the server identity - you can lower the threshold to DEBUG3 to get more detailed logs.

  Current configuration

  vRA is installed and to my vCenter instance endpoint is configured.  I also have a tissue test Group, a group of companies and a reserve for this group of companies.  Also, I created a unique model which clones a vCenter model.

  Problem

  After the execution of a request on the plan of action, the request fails with the error: CloneVM: value cannot be null. Parameter name: source

  I have no idea what that means or how to fix it.  I tried to use a different template, but I still get the same error.

  Solution

  This question seems to have been due to a misconfigured in the cluster host.  Once the host has been properly configured, deployment issues have been resolved.

  Possible reasoning

  The error message was completely useless.  It may be simply due to a statement ambiguous failure from vCenter API.  The misconfigured host in the cluster may have shown up as a faulty resource on which a virtual machine could not be deployed.

  Check if you have the box for attribute mandatory checked or not. If it is enabled, disable it then.
  Now try with your javascript for validation at the form level.

  This occurs when calling a ref cursor-returning packaged function stored with OracleCommand.BindByName set to true.

  When BindByName undefined, it works as expected.

  I've only been able to recreate this problem on a machine in my control. This issue has also reported to me by a customer.

  I tried to change the locale of the system of EN - UK EN-US, but I was not aware of any change in behavior.

  Similarly, I've tried explicitly overriding the default locale of the system with the OracleGlobalization parameters, and it also had no effect.

  The difference in behavior between the two hosts was found to be reduced to differences in configuration VS.

  Checking 'Just my code' prevents the first chance thrown in the debugger exception. As in fact, the exception is handled in the provider, it is enough for me.

  I use a graph with a left and right axis (2 data sets).  I try to use a slider to select a point in time (x) and the values of y in the two sets of data.  I can't understand how the control, the value that is returned for the value is when you use the GetGraphCursor call.

  Using SetCursorAttribute with the attribute ATTR_CURSOR_YAXIS must be what you are looking for. The online help for this attribute explains wery well:

  Description: Used to change the y-axis which is associated with the bar graph.
  When a graphics cursor is created, the Y axis with which it is associated is determined by the value of ATTR_ACTIVE_YAXIS.  Subsequently, the association can be changed using ATTR_CURSOR_YAXIS.
