Mail (again!) and a mystery account SMTP

So, I am using Mail after having "modernized" to 10.11. As for many users, my Exchange account was broken. None of the fixes I've seen have worked. However, I noticed the title of "Doctor of connection" that the Exchange account seems to be duplicated by an account SMTP of the same name, which always fails to connect.

I decided to delete the entire account, thinking that he could solve the problem and... the mystery SMTP account still shows upwards in connection doctor, still unable to connect to anything. However, the account is not listed under 'Accounts' - there are only iCloud and Gmail - and there seems to be no way to delete or even really know what it is.

Is there a way to get rid of him?

Try Mail/preferences/accounts - select an account/Account Information / mail server outgoing (SMTP) and click to select Edit SMTP servers. Once there, select the unwanted SMTP Protocol and delete it using the sign less.
