How can I get the email address of the sender to go to the people?

The window shows that very recent mail when I try to scroll further down it says go to settings, but I can't find anything to show me more than my mail settings

According to the description provided, looks like the recent mails are displayed in the mail application.
 
I have this step that should help you with this problem.
 
a. open Mail app.
b. press Windows key + c on the keyboard of the screen.
c. click on accounts.
d. Select the account that has the problem.
e. Select the drop down under download E-mail from at any time.
f. wait for files to synchronize this will take some time.

    Assuming that it is an email account POP3, go to the message store and see if the messages are really there.  They must be located under the directories for the folder names under the main directory of local folders in the message store.  The store is located under the Users\ [username] \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\ directory and is hidden, so first go to control panel | Folder options | View and uncheck Hide extensions of known file types (so you can distinguish the eml files which are messages) and check the option to show the hidden files and folders.  Then you can see if the messages are in fact always there or missing.  See here for background: www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#wm and also here for what may have caused it: www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 as Bruce stated, if the messages are still on the server, you can set up your account again and then download them again.

    I'm syncing my Exchange corporate e-mail through the default e-mail application. This is the only account that use in the email app. Currently it shows only the 15 most recent messages. How can I show more? Is there a setting somewhere or a button 'next page '?

    It is not a parameter of "15 minutes", but what I can suggest is go into your account:

    Settings-> accounts-> Corporate Sync

    If you scroll down there is a "sync messages to ' section - try to set a higher value (1 week for example) and see what happens...

  • Mail application: how to remove email addresses from Favorites list

    When you pin a person to your start screen, the profile picture of this person and their Facebook status updates and Tweets will appear as a tile at the start. Press or click on the tile to join their contact information. You can then quickly send them an SMS or an email or call, chat, or get a Skype video call with them.

    If the problem persists, then I suggest you to try the following steps.

    1. to start, press or click on Mail app;
    2. press or click the person you want to remove from Favorites.
    3. press or click Favorites. When you return to the home page of the mail app, you will see more this person in your Favorites list.

    The Mail app will not keep email deleted out of my Inbox. I remove a bunch of old email, and then it reappears in my Inbox, next time I open the Mail application.  This happens in the Mail application on all my devices: mobile phone of Nokia Surface, computer,.  The web version (Outlook.com) works correctly.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the Mail app Ant it does not solve the problem.

    This could be a problem with the e-mail application on the computer that could request an update.

    If the mails that remove you are not important, I suggest trying to permanently delete and check if you still find in the Inbox when you start Mail app next time.

  • My Widowsw Live Mail page shows only the "filters" but nothing does seme place in different folders how to return to the regular page that will download n all messages.

    At the opening of my Live E mail.   the folder list fall under "Filters" and yet nothing shows the Inbox or send the details.  or anything else. Now, I am unable to receive emails.     Thank God I still have Mozella Thunderbird always on my computer, it's the only way to use an e-mail program. Help please

    Click on the view tab at the top and then click on filters. By clicking quick view active / turns off the power mode.

  • Messages show only not in Windows Mail 8 sent folder application

    I've just set up an IMAP account and everything works except the emails sent by mail are not displayed in the "sent" folder.

    1. If I send an email via my BlackBerry Z10, those will appear in the "sent" folder.
    2. If I send an email via Webmail, those who are also in the "sent" folder.
    3. If I send a mail via the Mail, the messages application reaches the recipient but are not indicated in the "sent" folder.

    I get messages very well however.

    Maybe the e-mail account has not been configured correctly in the Mail application, and therefore sent emails were not saved.

    For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

    The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

    Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

    More information area has direct links with the current and recent buildings if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with QuickTime software or a third party.

    Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

    Thanks for posting your query in the Forums RT in Microsoft Windows. If I understand you correctly, you have a problem with saving an image with the mail application. I understand that it must be frustrating, but don't worry, we are here to help solve your problem and guide you in the right direction.

    In the Mail application, you wouldn't be able to do differently than the option to right click functions. The dialog box you get with the "save image under" comes to a browser. If you use Internet Explorer to check email, you'll get the option to click with the right button on a photo. In the Mail app if you want to download an image that was attached to the email, you can click on the picture to download and click it a second time to get the options to open or save.

  • Whenever I used to use my mail application, there will always be an option to watch all my mail from all of my email addresses in a single folder and now it is not there. How could I get it back?

    A Couple of weeks, I had an option to see all my shipments of all my email addresses and, since I've had a lot of email addresses different it was a very effective file, but now it's gone! I would really appreciate if someone could help me recover this option of the mailbox. Thank you.

    Tap the link 'Edit' at the top right of the mail application, and then make sure that the "all inboxes" option is checked. Then press 'done '.

    Some extensions or toolbars can add such a report.
