  April 6 at 7:00 PM CST, my iPhone 5 running iOS stopped syncing with my Microsoft Outlook account 9.3.1.

  I did have problems with my iPhone sync with my Outlook email over the past 5 years so far.

  I have a window of lapop run Dell 7 and after an update, to stop and can not connect the next day the model keep say bad password but the suspicion is correct for my PS. I did not create a password reset disk so now I can't use my computer... MS or someone please help thanks

• Cannot connect after withdrawal of a domain.

  Disjoint my domain to work and now it does not have one of my passwords to connect. Nobody here knows the identifier of the administrator because I was hired just to be the administrator. Where should I go from here? Is it possible to get around the login screen?

• My apple mail blocks 5 to 10 times a day when sending an email.  Seems to have happened after El Capitan upgraded.  Any ideas?

  My Apple's Mail crashes regularly during the day when sending electronic mail.  I'll create an e-mail, press send and it will crash.  It does not send first of enamel.  When I re - open, an empty message is open (I would create a new message).  All this seems to have happened after upgrade to El Capitan.  Any ideas?

  Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:

  ☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).

• Can't see the old records of local e-mail after El Capitan upgraded...

  So I upgraded my Mac to El Capitan friends and it's really messed up with Apple Mail!  I have others have looked at this problem, but don't seem to be getting anywhere.

  All my old email files stored locally, well, half has disappeared. I have re-installed the email account, I tried to repair the mailbox but, alas, no joy.  However, I CANl see records of e-mail missing, but only in accedanta the following text:

  The pane on the left, under my mailbox, sent, junk, trash and Archives, I have 2 options with a sign "more" next to them, or "The smart mailboxes" and "on my Mac".  Now, when I click on "show" next door "on my Mac" - I get a pop up asking me to enter the name for the new mailbox of loacl to create at the top of the mailbox "on my Mac", with a 'Location' box which by default "on my Mac" and a 'name '.  Now, when I click on the 'Location' box, it shows me the hierarchy of complete file (from 21 November left according to the pictures) that are missing!  But I can't access it, no matter what I seem to do.

  How to access to, or restore these files please?

  Referring to the first screenshot, you just click on ' + '. Move the cursor by a few mm to the right and click 'View' to see hidden folders.

• Cannot connect after upgrade to version 7

  After the forced to version 7 upgrade I can not connect over a long time (microsoft account) to Skype. It displays the following error (see attachment).

  Can someone help me please? I can not connect to Skype for the first time in years, and really, I can't do without.

  

  Sorry, but it is not possible according to the name of an application partial to decide if it can be removed from startup or not. What I would do, is to use Google search to fing that made a particular application on your computer and see if it can be removed from the startup.

• OSX El Capitan 10.11.5 7.29 Skype cannot connect after the sleep or Hibernate

  I normally several days (10-20) without having to restart my computer. I have my setup system for sleep (sleep for hard disk) when I change places of work at home. Before this version of Skype that has worked. Now, Skype does not recover after sleep. I have to restart my system for Skype can properly connect again. Can I please have a post to an earlier version of Skype so I can reinstall this version? This isn't really correct. Having to restart a system developer daily is messing up my workflow.

  Has finally managed to fix it myself. I had a couple of virtual NICs enabled for communication on the replacement test networks. I put the two off and then tried Skype again and this time only it connected without a problem. So, apparently, Skype does not use the main network connection.

  just complete the upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista on my laptop A500 series.
  It finished installing fine shot when it restarts the login screen came with 'Administrator' and 'another user' clicked the button administrator and he said that the account has been disabled and to contact the administrator (that would be me!) and the other asked for a user name and password that I wouldn't have any idea.

  Tried my old account login and didn t work. As it is a custom installation, I n t understand why there would be an account already set up?

  I'm really confused now. Last week I tested on my brand-new Satellite A500 - 157 (PSAM3E) upgrade.
  I've updated preinstalled Vista 32 and 64-bit, and both procedures went well upgrade and without some strange problems described in your ad.
  New install of Win7's fine also.

  Have you used DVDs from Toshiba or Microsoft upgrade?

  They will play in VLC. They will play in QuickTime Player, if you have installed Flip4Mac (current version).

• Mail cannot connect to iCloud/Yahoo

  Hi all, as I've had this problem of messaging with El Capitan, I was hoping that after the installation of Sierra it would be fixed, unfortunately not. So I deleted Internet all accounts, shutdown and restarted. I started the Mail and selected Yahoo e-mail accounts and continued from there, hoping that all the necessary parameters would be loaded automatically. Mail has expired. So I ran connection doctor and the journal suggests the Yahoo SMTP connection was successful, Yahoo IMAP failed with the message to check the preferences of account/SSL etc.

  So I restarted Mail and selected iCloud mail accounts and Mail has expired again. Logs show the SMTP and IMAP for iCloud failed for the same reasons as Yahoo, but I have no problem with an account by logging in from Safari.

  When I go to "Edit" the two iC; Oud and Yahoo accounts/server settings and select "Edit SMTP servers list", there is nothing to select/list. If anyone has any ideas or solutions on how to operate the Mail it would be greatly appreciated.

  From what I understand, it's more about Yahoo is trying to force the use of its iOS applications and web portal rather than really relaxed security. I have no problem setting up a yahoo mail account after you make this change.

• Yosemite Mac cannot connect to El Capitan Mac.

  I can not connect via the file sharing or release:

  From: a MacBookPro 13 "end 2011 Yosemite 10.10.5 to a MacBookPro 15" El Capitan 10.11.1 running running.

  I tested connecting since the MacBookPro 13 "MacBook Air running El Capitan 10.11.1 and it works.

  The file sharing settings on the MacBookPro 15 "are exactly the same as the MacBook Air.

  The rejection of password can confuse people because there's a catch its meaning...

• Calendar of events created from Mail populate title from El Capitan upgrade

  Hi, since the upgrade to El Capitan, calendar events created from email (hover of dates in an email and more) do not fill a title in the calendar as they did.  They used to use the title of the email as the title of the event - not 'new event '.  In this case if it is set to fill iCloud or google calendars by default.

  Little bored maybe, but it is of course Nice on my old computers using Mavericks/Yosemite do not constantly have to fill in this field by hand.

  Is this behavior changed in El Capitan and so normal?  I can't find someone else to complain of the it (this isn't the old bug where the title goes to "new event" after changing).
