  I'm going through my old mail system in Apple Mail Entourage recently updated to El Capitan.  I drag files Entourage on the desktop to create .mbox files, but when importing files in Mail Mbox, it falls just crashes Mail and when I open it again, the folder is there, but it is empty.

  How can I move my tens of thousands of emails from the Entourage of Mail?  Appreciate advice.  Thank you.

  Hmmm. never tried, but I imported mbox files.

  I know that you can import to the intendant of mail for archiving, research (and sending).  but MS isn't an IMAP client.

  The number of files is perhaps too big?  Possibly try to split in 'X' files each 1 / x as big?

  I had Vmware Fusion 4 with two Virtual Machines (12 Ubuntu and Windows 2000), my system runs OS Mountain Lion 10.8.1 in my Mac Book Air 13 mid 2012.  I installed the latest version of Vmware Fusion 5 evaluation (it automatically uninstalled the previous version) and when I boot my Windows 2000 VM is crushed by the system. The only way to regain control of the system is the power button. This ocours always when I try to start this virtual machine. The 12 Ubuntu VM works very well.

  I want to buy this version of Vmware, but this crucial issue.

  When I open Windows Live Mail my emails and try to send to comcast.net, the Live Mail freezes up.  If I try to create a new message or reply to an email that I received, a new message then goes white opaque and Windows Live Mail stops.  It just gives me a "Windows Live Mail has stopped working" error message and stops.

• Windows Live Mail crashes when you reply.

  It comes to Windows Live Mail Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8089.0726) running under Vista/64.  Recently, to meet some incoming mails, WLM "Calera" for 15 or 20 seconds.  What is happening is: I double-click on a message and it appears in the reading pane.  Then I click 'Reply to all' or simply Ctrl + R for an individual response.  This transfers the incoming message for the written component and should show a cursor flashing above the received message.  But what is happening is that the writing pane opens with the message embedded in the top of the Panel and no blinking cursor.  After that the second of 15-20 period, the message falls where it belongs and the cursor appears.  Everything is fine then.  Could there be any property of these incoming messages that would cause WLM for this?   Second posting this message, first one disappeared from the system).

  Altogether. Resave as .indd (preferably with a new name in order to not replace the old file) didn't continue with the new file. Export to .idml has the effect of eliminating a lot of stuf that does not need to open the file (old record data and previews, which is rewritten) then sometimes it removes any minor problem that happens.
