Mailbox reports

Hi all

We have a few boxes put in place which simply mailbox play a recorded message, then hang up. These are commonly used when all members of a Department are busy etc. The configuration is simple, that allows us to manage the call and then past a group of CCM ranges and if necessary turn the call's get sent to the unit to read the express IPCC busy status message.

The question I did report on the number of calls that 'hit' this message.

If I run the Subscriber mailbox report, as it should always shows also deserted that no real message is taken.

Assistance from the IPCC, can I get incoming stats, but not the actual number of calls handled as I can't declare the number of calls that hit the unit.

We are currently running v4.0 unit (3) is possible to get these statistics?

You should be able to see it using the Manager call traffic report - I think that the number of calls that hit the main user call handler will be shown.

Also, you can just use a call handler for it - no need to burn a Subscriber license if you do not take messages with him. Assign an extension to the call handler and it will carry the same way. Then, you can use Report Manager for sure call traffic.

  • Mail rules 'no mailbox not selected' madness

    I used a set of rules to mail in Mail.app 50 for about ten years now. He has always been a struggle. Mysteriously disabled mail rules and many other problems. But now the whole system is just crazy completely. Desperately, I ask someone to help me, please.

    Most of my mail rules moves e-mail to specific mailboxes. Mail is synchronized via iCloud to multiple computers. A desktop at home and work and a laptop computer. The first symptom of the problem is when my desk at work suddenly not said for each mail rule "no mailbox selected. It was pretty boring, so I restored all the manually. It's about an hour's work. Then I noticed that my office at home and my laptop had the same problem.

    My questions are:

    1. How can I get the correct e-mail rules that I set on the desk to my other computers?

    2. How can I save my e-mail rules so that I can reload them from a backup in the future.

    The natural response to 1 should be: they will be automatically synchronized via iCloud. But they do not. I've tried their reload from a backup time machine at home and copy the files under my desk in my home office (?) manually [I assumed the corresponding files are

    SyncedRules

    RulesActiveState

    UnsyncedRules

    SyncedFilesInfo

    in ~/Library/Mail/V3/Maildata]

    It did not work. I tried to turn off synchronization iCloud home and removed all of the Maildata folder. I thought that this would reset all the rules. But no: after this operation, all the rules were always there, disabled, but with "no mailbox selected. It's like the head of a Hydra Cup... Now, I'm desperate. How can I reset Mail completely to its original state, and is there any hope it will then download the correct rules of iCloud?

    But there is more folly. If I change one of the "no mailbox selected" to the mailbox (I use IMAP), then all THE "no element of selected mailbox" is changed for this particular mailbox, so that after this moment my rules 49 50 mail are bad, and all mail would disappear in the wrong mailbox.

    And on top of that, there is a problem, I already reported twice to Apple in the past: during this process, the lower part of the mail rule Panel slides slowly up to hide himself behind the top of the Panel. Then the mailbox user selection button no longer, and you leave Mail for this problem.

    I have the same problem.  Does anyone have a solution?

  • Orange messages in the Junk mailbox

    I should know this, but I confess that I have not. Some messages in the Junk mailbox appear in orange, some in black. I think it has something to do with the messages being reported as spam on the server and the messages being reported as spam in Mail, but who's who? If it is marked as spam on the server, and it is not junk, I must make the correction in the software on the server side, as in Google Mail, if not in the mail.

    No, no, NO!

    E-mail is a scam. I suggest that report you for phishing. Email is an attempt to steal your e-mail account in order to to use for illegitmate and possibly criminal purposes.

    If you have Hotmail, you will never ask to enter your e-mail address and password at least in the official sign the hotmail page. Most of the other respectable companies would never ask for this information by e-mail anyway. You should NEVER, EVER respond to these types of e-mail because they are all scams trying to steal your account.

    I have configured the 'question' warning and "Prohibit send and receive" attributes to all users in Exchange 2000 System Manager. Also, activate it 'Full Mabilbox check functionality and ask' for external callers.

    When the mailbox exceeds the maximum size, the unit will play the warning messages "your Inbox is full. "You can't send/receive new message... etc", but internal users can still leave a voice message in the mailbox of the user.

    I tried to use the MSM to set the limit of the mailbox instead of setting in Exchange System Manager. However, I got the same result.

    Is this a bug? Any idea!

    It is the way it was designed to operate. Internal users will have a report from NDR back to let them know that they the message was not delivered successfully.

    What you're asking for that is reasonable but it just isn t in the product today. You would like to work with you account team to get the added functionality.

    If you disable subscriber identified the e-mail it you work around this problem, but all users would be considered as external callers.

  • How to make a backup of the reports that has been created/generated on the grid

    Version grid = 10g
    Database version = 11g

    Reports was created inside the grid (report tablespace_usage), is there a way to do that effectively save? Now, I do it manually, by selecting each report and then saving them as a word document. I still have 200 reports to go. Any help would be appreciated.

    One possibility is to simply add another email address to the list of recipients for reports that goes to a read-only shared mailbox or a mail deposit box and leave the backup on the e-mail server to take care of it.

    I've updated to macOS Sierra and have some problems with the mailbox. Whenever I try to send a large file via icloud/send the message that the mail cannot be sent via icloud since the file is too large and only 28.3 MB can be sent.

    Yes, I activated large attachments to be sent through the mailbox.

    A - that someone has encountered the same problem I have? How can I verify that SMTP server is used?

    PS: Now I see that when I look at the settings of the server of my iCloud account the drop jump a few seconds to "none". When I choose "iCloud" new return, it jumps back to 'none '.

    Will I delete my iCloud account in Mail first and see if it does the differences? Strange...

    Well, I have solved it on my own: I just disconnected iCloud and reconnected. Now it's working.

    Who may be reading - please advice!

    I had a few panic kernel last week:

    -kernel panic started using photoshop lighroom cc

    -Restart computer, panic came 20 minutes later

    -computer restarted, did not use any design programs or photo, panic took place 10 minutes later

    -connected temporarily separated I have that has no file - well just to check email, watch movies

    -restarted the safe mode and saved all my valuable info to my external hard drive

    -checked the material through computer test = all very well

    -re-installed the OS form scratch and re-installed programs.  Have stayed on El capitan and did not improve with Sierra still.

    -panic happened once when I tried to use a cc design program.  Used CS6 version and it was very good.

    -panic occurred when I tried to open my library lighroom. Installed LIghroom Cs5 (old version) and started a new library - has worked

    -use of regular program is very well: e-mail, web surfing, viewing

    -last night worked on lightroom for a good 45 min - 1 h, and then passed to photoshop cs6 for 20 min - computer has a different kernel panic

    -just today, I worked on illustrator cs6 for 30 min and the computer has a different kernel panic.

    looking at the reports, most of them joined kernel_task

    My computer:

    MacBook Pro retina mid 2012

    I7 clocked at 2.6 GHz, DDR3 8 GB 1600 MHz RAM

    Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

    I watched the last report and it wouldn't let me post because of "caractΦres" (don't know where)

  • Cannot delete the mailbox mailbox on my Mac

    Tried to import old email from another installation of OS X.  Did not work.  Now I find myself with a folder called 'Import' under on my Mac which won't be not clear.

    Mailbox refurbished

    Right click and delete the color wheel gives app for about 30 seconds, do not respond, then more nothing, mailbox not deleted.

    Machine to restart

    Ran disk first aid.

    Rinse, repeat, nothing changes.

    What now?

    Well, as usual.  Thanks for all the useful responses.  He's staring at me, but WHY this happens is still a mystery.  Well not really a mystery, the Sierra is a mess.

    Found the box of thugs in the folder ~/Library/Mail/v4.  Deleted.  Restarted mail.  Then, I could right-click and delete the box.  Probably a screw up through OS X permissions, but seems like no one wants to talk about how Sierra is.  I had at least 6 MAJOR issues this week, which should reinstall me Sierra for the 3rd time in a week.

    Hi Enrico,.

    I understand that you are having problems with the column width of mailbox remaining the same size when you close the Mail application window. I use the Mail app all the time so I can understand your concern. We will be that we can do.

    Since this problem occurs in your main user account, please start the Mac in safe mode, connect as user principal and then add to your account e-mail and then test it. Once you have tested out, just restart your computer to find your main office.

    Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning

    If the problem persists in safe mode, please test this point to a different user account. This will help determine if the problem is the system level or a specific user.

    Hello there someone had a similar problem with the mailbox. As I have not used of .me VAC for the last 3 years when logged in to account that he had ove 69000 email that has been sent from my Gmail ACC.

    I have delete them all and deleted items also, but still can not get released always watch it on the photo... 2.9 GB which is impossible, I have no emails in my folders not in any of them... . How to solve this problem... .pls help *) _ (*)
