  I'm not too familiar with dreamweaver and don't know how to ask this question or even don't know where is the problem. I did the navigation bar have a fixed position, but the rest of the items would appear on top of the value net asset bar when I scrolled down.   Do you want to say just do a div boxes style line as I want them to look in a row? What method would you use to make the color change and also enable it to have a direct link? In DW I usually use image swap behavior for a change on mouse over.

• SWF file overlaps the Fireworks navigation bar in DW 8

  The navigation bar is at the front most layer in dreamweaver 8, and this problem occurred when I added the .swf instead of a picture file. (there is no problem if I simply a .jpg file there instead of the SWF file, in which case the Fireworks navigation bar works very well.)

• by using the recordset navigation bar

  I have a really weird situation. I can view my recordset navigation bar in the view of real-time data of DW 8, but when I hit F12 to load the page in my browser will not display the recordset navigation bar. What's really weird is that when I check the output of the source HTML < a > code for the next anchor in last interface is clearly present. As you can see by looking at the html code, the tags are all lined up but just refuse to display in the browser.

• How can I put the old navigation bar in Firefox 4.0?

  I installed FF4 when the final version has been released, and, like many other users, I find the new UI very frustrating.

  I managed to deal with tabs, the menu and the status bar. But I can't deal with the navigation bar. Not only I want to rearrange the buttons to make them ordered as before, but also I want to see them look like before. Not these color Chrome/Safari-like keys, but the buttons quite bluish I have FF 3.6.x.
  Also, I would like to have 'Reload' and 'Stop' buttons separated, as they were before.

  So, is it possible to FF4 looks not like I want it, or is the only way to stay on FF3.6 (which I have already returned to)?

  To separate the stop and reload buttons, right-click on a toolbar and select Customize, you can then drag the stop or reload buttons and place them elsewhere. If you place them in the order 'Reload-Stop' on the right side of the address bar they will be together again.   I found a solution myself. During the uninstallation of Firefox, I was asked if I wanted to keep (or not) my personal preferences. The first two times, I left this checked. The third time, I checked this box and when Firefox has been reinstalled, the preference, I selected by mistake, that of remove NAV and Menu bars, has been left out, and everything was back to normal.

  I use jdev 11.1.2.4.0

  I have created an application which have two features my question is, how put icon on Navigation bar for these features?

  I created a folder public html-> resources-> images (where there are images of icons)

  but when I go to put the Navigation icon by using the Browse button is not shown my file.

  I was clicking on the "Lifecycle event listener" icon just above the Navigation button icon browse by mistake.

• What is a good practice to put the menu/navigation bar in the master page?

  My navigation bar is placed in the header of my a master page, and it seems to work, except on pages more long where scrolling is necessary... because the items eventually pass my navigation bar.  Can I use the the scroll tool to have the items disappear or slide off the screen when they hit the bar of navigation... but this technique does not work on big items... I really need the scrollbar elements appear like they are disappearing under the navigation bar. I come from a background of After Effects, and within the EA it would be treated by a matte. Is there a similar function in Muse? The only other alternative I see manually put my navigation bar on each page. Yikes! I hope that there is another solution that I forget. Thank you!

  Use the layers panel to resolve this problem.

  Go to the page master, create a new layer, you put menu on this layer and you're done.

• refine the horizontal navigation bar

• Problems with the horizontal navigation bar Spry in IE

  Considering that the page is perfect (at least all I like) implemented in all other browsers, IE converts the spry horizontal navigation bar in vertical position. Not very practical, and I spent day (really) try to find a solution. Even contacted Microsoft here in Norway, but they are their usual me useful (i.e. not very).

  A solution is of course to use a flash homepage and tell visitors to get a decent browser (as in NOT IE), but that might be a little off.

  Would be best to find a way around the problem.
