  You can change the definition of the column and change the Display as in "Display text (saved state)" attribute whose value will be the column will be saved with the other columns and the default way.

  Sorry only looked at this briefly, but remember that the Blackberry does not focus on managers, he focuses on the fields.  It "scrolls" focusable field to the field focusable.  In this case, you add LabelFields loads, which are not, by default, the object of focus.  So I suggest you must make them active, or add some NullFields, that are focusable but no presence of the user interface.  I hope this helps.

They are able to save the form with all the drop down menus staying to 'pick '.

  The best way to do this without knowing the default value of the field is to compare the value of the field to the default value of the field... You must make sure that your default value is not part of the possible acceptable answer. It works with most of the field types that a user can fill.

  Yes, it can be done. Go to the properties of the field and under the Options box tick the box 'Allow Rich Text Formatting'.

  Subject is one of the required fields on the Activity object, so you can't make it read-only. What you can do is ' apply restrictions (through field validations / before the modified workflow) on the field object and make sure that the subject is not changed for the completed activities.

  You can't have the subject field to appear in gray.

  I use R17 and want to make a field required by the adding validation [< field >] IS NOT NULL
  
  Strangely, this does not work on a new Record. a NULL value is always accepted. It only works for a modified record.
  
  has anyone in front of it too? or is this a BUG in my environment.

  Just to check if it works, I tried a [< field >] validation IS NULL and it worked correctly on New and updated records.

  Hello angewa95, please remove all the extensions that refer to funmoods in firefox > addons > extensions & then install the addon searchreset (despite its name, it will also recover the new tab the page by default).

  If you have one and two touch a yes no if one is on the other is off and the other direction as well.  How wever both receive a value of Yes.

  so no matter what you press because its value is Yes your hidden field appears. You need to do the no no, what is hidden value field will only appear on the Yes value. for job like that.  should no the names of the fields related to the same thing when it is similar to all the same name will be deposited as well.

  Yes, you can create a copy of the page in issue 3 of the page and have this one to create only on records. Page 3 should have its own tab and page 2 (Edit page) uses the same tab that the report page. Thus, the user can never go directly to the edit page (they should go to the report page) but they can go directly to the registration page.
