  Take note that the move is absolute and not relative.  Which means 'above' is in place, no more numbered track.  So if the sound is already on the A1, there is no more 'up' so that it fits, and any related video clip will not move.  You can select just the Visual part to boost work in this case.

  You can have your work area is not fixed to include your entire video.  I had this happen sometimes although I never understand how it happened.  If this is the case, simply put your workspace to match the beginning and end of your video.  It may work differently on older versions of EP, so I'll just suggest you look into your help pages on the workspace toolbar and it should tell you how to adjust it.

I guess I was under the impression that the listener is not really do much at all the others that handle connections and calls to the database. Is - this reason to assume that the majority of the consumption of resources is in fact still on the database or the listener play a role more impact?
  
  The question will determine what kind of processing power would be necessary for a server that hosts only the listener. Because it is not really something that changes in the environment, I wonder if it is really necessary to have several virtual machines setup in order to welcome the listener. On that same note, separates the listener on a really separate machine remove any request for conversion of the database?

  It seems you mixed up to the listener to the database with the APEX listener.
