Malware registry editting and cut my access. Help!

I have an unusual problem.

There is a malware (perhaps someone) who somehow diverted my properties 'network connection' at the registry level.  The user names in the registry are:
'Unknown(S-1-5-32-556) account '.
"Dhcp".
He seemed to have targeted the TCP/IP settings and do something.
EDIT 2: attempt results of opening / closing of the connections in this message:

"You don't have sufficient privileges to configure the properties of the network.
I can't disable the connections that I have and that thing has its parameters on 'reading' and 'special permissions '.
It's also say I can't delete those users because they have inherited permissions from its parent.
That's all I know so far.
In addition, I have recently just got rid of a virus / trojan under the name of "MAM.exe.
He might have a summer called 'MSM.exe '. Don't you remember now.
I don't know if it's of any relationship with what is happening now.
What happens with my computer!
EDIT: The ability to add new users does nothing.

It shows the control UAC, I click on accept/continue. Nothing happens.

Hi JustinAchneepineskum,

1. is it a dual boot configuration or is Windows Vista the only OS installed?

2A Windows reinstalled in the past?

I suggest you follow the methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Try to create a new user account and see if it works or not.
