is there such a software proffesional, what I have to buy? or licenses for use on all computers?

You could install free versions for individuals (which means that you must manually update). Licensed versions, you usually pay per machine.
The free versions are good, just to inform them of the update and when they should do it.

Adding a new scanner Epson to Photoshop CS5.1 on computer of LION
We have just recently (today actually) has installed a new scanner flat of Epon on an iMac MAC OS 10.7.2. He already had Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 top. It seems that no matter what we do, when we click on go to the import file, the scanner is not there. I'm not an experienced user of Photoshop (or someone with experience of Mac), I'm going by what the end user tells me should be there and how its supposed to work. It must be able to scan from the new scanner in Photoshop. Is there documentation somewhere that tells us how to get Photoshop to 'see' the scanner.
The computer is an iMac brand new (one month) that came with LION. We had to replace to replace the old becsause scanner, he was not supported in LION (is supposed to be the one we just bought).

There are scanners out there that Photoshop CS5.1 version 12.1 for Macintosh will simply recognize without any intervention by someone I.T.. Photoshop will allow scanning from the application with any scanner? (the user thinks we should get just another scanner)
It is important to understand that the analysis in Photoshop is not directly between Photoshop and the scanner (hardware). The whole process depends on what software to scan mediates between Photoshop and the scanner. Just Photoshop is there and waiting for the software to hand it an image. The scanner just is there and waiting for software to request a scan. So it should not be necessary to change the scanner itself. Instead, try changing the scanning software.
When the software bundled with the scanner is not what someone wants, sometimes they turn to the software of scans from third parties. I use VueScan, which has historically run as one request separate, but has recently added the ability to be launched from Photoshop as a plug-in and return the image directly into Photoshop, just as she wants. As long as your scanner is on the supported list, this is a possible solution. But it will cost you a little money.
VueScan is a good example of software critical how scanning. Many people use VueScan to work around the limitations of the packaged software. Sometimes they want more features that the own scanner software came with. Sometimes they need because the software provided no longer works in the latest Mac or Windows OS, so he lets people continue to operate for many years more, instead of having to buy a new old scanners.

Can I use my Acer revo 70 as a complete computer for the company, I'll put in place?
I have an Acer Revo 70 with an OS Windows Home Premium 64-bit version. Just in case more information can be useful here are the details of the box:-CPU: AMD E-450, dual-core processor, RAM: 4 GB memory DDR3, drive HARD 640 GB hard drive, OPTICAL: Blu-ray/Super-Multi combo drive, VIDEO: RAD EON HD 6320 graphics, Wireless LAN,
Pre loaded software: MS OFFICE 2010 (purchase a product key to activate) MS starter 2010. Buy Office 2010 to use the comprehensive software.
OK, my questions are:-can I use this machine as a full-on computer for small business, I'll put in place? It will be more complete Office? If you can purchase the 2010 version or a more up-to-date version (say 2013)?
I'm not far from being a computer scientist, so if anyone can help me with my research I would appreciate it if they could keep their answers as simpleas possible. Thank you in anticipation of your help. Pete
Your PC can handle Office if your documents won't have large databases or excel tables.
Info on vs 2010-2013
newer is better and since you have Windows 7 (I guess that since you wrote), it is fully compatible.

My old computer which does not has RAM 1.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR @ 106 MHz (2, 5-3-3-7), while the anther computer, I bought recently has RAM DDR 400/128 bits. Can I use the old memory of the computer for the newly purchased computer. Are they compatible? Thank you
Hello nonmae,.
You must use DDR 400/128 bit RAM in your system. @ 106 Mhz DDR is quite old. It's also much slower than the DDR 400. RAM is not particularly expensive today and it is always best to stick to that suggests your PC user manual.
You must use the same speed too, if you use a lower speed, the memory of your PC by default at the lowest speed, thus slowing the PC

So do not use computer for a while, it locks and requires the initial password to get back in. When it becomes available, we've been thrown off internet, or another program we are.
I don't know why Mr. Murphy suggested a system restore. Maybe he interpreted your post differently I did. You have your screen standby/power options defined on too short a time. You can also disable the requirement for a password during the recovery.
Right-click on an empty area of the desktop and click on personalize. To customize the applet opens. Click the screen saver. Change the timeout to something reasonable like 10 or 20 minutes. You will see where you can clear the check box next to the "password required on curriculum vitae... ».
Now do the same in the (Control Panel) Power Options applet. This link contains pictures showing you how to disable this option:

"Setup is preparing your computer for first use" loop problem
Hello, I was hoping you guys could help out me with a big problem, I ran across when trying to install Windows 7 on a desktop computer new, custom - build. I managed to successfully install my Windows 7 64-bit, it appeared, but when I try to run it, that I will meet a black screen that says "Setup is preparing your computer for first use" and it will stay there forever, I would say. I let it run all night and didn't go anywhere.
I tried to start in safe mode, and Windows was loading files sys32, he got to "Classpnp.sys" and it froze. After a few minutes, the screen is blacked out, and I got fired the familiar screen "Setup is preparing your computer for first use.
I bought the copy of Windows 7 nine FRY, there will be no problem with that. My HD is a (new) 240 GB PNY Optima SSD, my mobo is a (new) Z97X-SLI Gigabyte, and I have 16 GB of RAM. All these things have been recognized by my BIOS, it seems that everything is properly connected.
I tried to install Windows 7 on a second time and exactly the same thing happened. I also tried to repair the installation to start upward, but he finds no problems. Also a check of the memory and the disk has verified without any problem. The only things I plugged are my monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
Does anyone know of a workaround for this screen loop "first use"? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Set of utilities to test for computer HARDWARE manufacturers:
Note: If you are Overclocking or use an automatic overclocking or BIOS power saving features, start by disabling: Intel EIST, Turbo Mode, Cool and pretty and fall back to the speed of stock as a starting point.
Disconnect any other (additional) internal hard drives and external USB devices.
Look for any loose hard drive power or cables SATA, graphics card or other power cables.
First run Memtest86 +:
It runs from a floppy disk or CD and should eliminate or confirm if one or more of your memory
sticks are bad or the values of the SPD in the BIOS are correct.
Let it run for as long as you can: 2,4,6,8 or several hours (at least 3 full passes), if no errors at that time then your ram is OK.
