Manifesto of caching on Chrome but not on Firefox

Hi all. I tried to do a test web application, but it seems to work on firefox, and the main problem is that it is not caching all my manifesto. I tested the same file on Chrome and it worked perfectly. Hope you guys can help me.

You guys can check and test the file here:

I'm not sure, it could have been. Permissions of a site can be verified by right-clicking on the page and View Page Info > permissions. • Fine in Chrome, but not on IE11

I'm running into a problem where the composition works great in Chrome but does not work in Internet Explorer (version 11).

I have an EA composition that contains 3 layers:

    1. the image of a tape measure.

    2. a shape (triangle)

    3. a textfield

When the user is dragging the triangle in the X axis (I use jquery for this) and stops the operation slide, I want to assess where they "point" the triangle with respect to the marks on the tape measure. And, if the triangle is between # and # x so I write this measure to the TextField. This works fine in Chrome, but not in Internet Explorer.

How will I know if a connection site is secure? In Safari or Explorer there is a locking visual icon in the web browser window, but not in Firefox. Is there an add-on that meets this need?

The padlock shows only that there is a secure connection and does not guarantee that you are connected to the right server. So you could always be connected to the wrong server if you make a typing mistake in the URL and someone said that mistyped the URL. The lock feature has been replaced by the identity button of the Site on the left end of the address bar (address).

    https://support.Mozilla.com/en-us/KB/site+identity+button

This has actually existed since Firefox 3.0

  • IOError in IE but not in Firefox (problem possible crossdomain.xml)

Yesterday I debugged If all goes well a problem that happens for our application in Internet Explorer but not in Firefox.

This has to do with access to remote content from a separate domain.

In all aspects, it SEEMS to be a problem of crossdomain.xml, but the fact that this arrises only problem in IE is what prompted me to post here.

We have a solution in progress (in the bureaucratically speaking), but I want to check here.

Our application is the field of "a.domain".

It access a file xml on 'b.domain/xml/ '.

And finally (this is the tricky part) it also accesses an xml file to "b.domain/forwardingPath/" which is actually transmitted to the 'c.domain/xml/ '.

The crossdomain.xml is located at "b.domain/crossdomain.xml".

The application of "b.domain/xml/anXMLFile.xml" works without any problem.

The demand for the 'b.domain/forwardingPath/anotherXMLFile.xml' exists in Firefox but not in IE (remember, ACTUAL demand is sent to "c.domain/xml/anotherXMLFile.xml").

In Internet Explorer, I get an IOError.

I think that we need a proper crossdomain.xml file, also located in the "c.domain/crossdomain.xml" and put in this request.  I want to confirm is whether this interpretation is correct.  I'm not at all a person on the server side.  It's all of the elves and fairies for me.  And then finally, why the hell is this inconsistent behavior between IE and Firefox?  The version of flash player Firefox violates its own safety standards?

I swap this in the stack overflow.  field-xml-issue http://StackOverflow.com/questions/7395931/ioError-in-IE-but-not-in-Firefox-possible-Cross

I have ping our developers on this subject and this is what they have to say:

"We did some work for the plugin around redirects andhence the correct behavior on Firefox.

As far as I KNOW, on IE we don't get the redirection messages and may not participate in the decision-making process of security during redirection scenarios. This behavior is beyond our control.

There is a workaround solution described in the AS3docs here: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/actionscript/3/flash/system/LoaderCont ext.html #checkPolicyFile

    Here's the relevant paragraph:

Be careful with checkPolicyFile if you are downloading anobject from a URL that can use HTTP redirects on the server side. Arealways policy files comes from the corresponding initial URL that you specify inURLRequest.url. If the final object comes from a different URL because of the HTTPredirects, the initially downloaded policy files might not applicableto the of the object's final URL, which is the URL that matters in security decisions. If you are in this situation, you can examine the value of ofLoaderInfo.url after receiving an orEvent.COMPLETE ProgressEvent.PROGRESS event, which tells you the final URL of the object. Then call the method theSecurity.loadPolicyFile () with a URL based on the object URL policy file ' sfinal. Then query the value of LoaderInfo.childAllowsParent until it becomes true. »

check if the label property is used is ALT or TITLE, I believe IE also shows ALT as a ToolTip (if the TITLE is missing), while Firefox is not. Firefox only displays the TITLE as ToolTip, I'm sure he doesn't know ALT because that which is intended for the display of the text where the images are missing.

    Hello

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. As this feature has been added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there are still some problems.

You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

    Then perform the following steps:

    • Click on the orange top left Firefox button, then select the 'Options' button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to tools > Options.
    • In the Firefox options window, click the Advanced tab, and then select 'General '.
    • You will find in the list of parameters, the checkbox use hardware acceleration when available . Clear this check box.
    • Now restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

In addition, please check the updates for your graphics driver by following the steps in the following knowledge base articles:

This solve your problems? Please report to us!

    Thank you.

  • onLoad works on Chrome but not IE or Firefox

Please refer to a previous issue, I got to the story: http://forums.Adobe.com/message/4767720

I have an accordion Spry found here: http://www.onlinetoyshow.com/figure_lines_Detail.php?Line_Id=30

It works fine in all browsers. There is a repeat region within a repeat region in this accordion that pulls up to dynamic data. Sometimes the data returns 2 panels, other times it returns 10 panels. In the case of the link above, it returns 4 panels.

Here's where I need help. In the example above using the link of the accordion has 4 panels. I need to have the panels are back (that is, 4, 3, 2, 1) so I order DESC in the SELECT statement and that works well in all browsers. Now I need the last blade to open as default. In the example above, it would be 1 Panel.

Spry does not. He wants to open the first Panel by default. There is some defaultPanel parameter that selects a Panel by default but because my panels is dynamic is not a viable option. I solved this problem by using the onLoad statement:

< body onLoad = "MM_callJS ('Accordion1.openLastPanel (); return false ;")"> however it only works in Chrome.)" The desired behavior is that when you load the example page that the accordion has these four panels theis order 4, 3, 2, 1 and 1 last one are open.

This works fine in Chrome. IE and FireFox show four panels in the correct order 4, 3, 2, 1, but Panel (4) is one open.

Ideas for solving this problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Found a solution!

Here it is in case anyone else ever gets on this issue:

    var Accordion1 = new Spry.Widget.Accordion ("Accordion1", {defaultPanel: });

  • PHP script works in Chrome, IE9, but not in Firefox 15

This page is a PHP script to create links to all files in a directory:

    http://www.checktheevidence.co.UK/audio/index.php?dir= & sort = Date & Order = DESC

It works great in IE9 and Chrome, but Firefox 'give up' way about 3/4 down the list hyperlinks to files are displayed is no longer. Weird stuff.

This problem is present for a long time

I thank very you much for the kind replies! I'll do it mod PHP (I didn't write the original although) and copy it to the server!
