  My Vaio Vista got a new hard drive in January.  The tech that helped me, saved all my documents, pictures, etc. and put them on an external drive.  Because the external hard drive has been damaged, I now 4 or over each document, song, picture, etc. on my hard drive and it is full.  Is there a way to get rid of all duplicates at once?  I would like to ask the computer to get rid of all duplicates.  Is this possible?  I have 141 GB of full space that I think that would take eons to manually remove duplicates on.  Help!   You can install the software on two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or everyone.   If your native images are rectangles and square, you must use the crop tool to get the defined areas. Otherwise, your images will appear distorted.  Unfortunately, batch cropping rarely works well less that all the images are perfectly framed and centered.  From my experience, cropping requires human judgment.

  That said, you can create a crop tool Preset (size & resolution) that can help further your workflow.
