MapQuest AS3 API - Points of interest

Hey everybody,

I am a new student of as3, my first steps forward in an application map tourism.

I use the MapQuest API for as3, this is the first time I use a api and so far I did the base AS3 Map and MouseWheel ZoomControl from here.

At the moment I am using the 'easy' hair from the link I left above but I have no idea how to get the exact code, because it looks like xml and I work with AS3 in Flash Pro CC.

Can someone help me?

Thank you so much everyone, what about the best.

Here is my code so far:

Our other phone Samsun S4 Mini has no problem with the connection.

Anyone has any ideas as the phone store support came with a white, because he is now a 2nd phone for replacement with the same questions.

    > Our other phone Samsun S4 Mini has no problem with the connection.
It seems that this problem is not related to the laptop as the connection worked properly using another smartphone.
For this purpose I put t think it's the right place to look for the solution.

To be honest, I think you should check the manufacturer of smartphone for the solution or additional troubleshooting support page.

I want to use the boredom of the options but with the DOF, adjustment of the focus on the subject area. It just seems to be where ever. Any ideas?

I found my answer on YouTube. When you're in 3D for the current view options, hold down the Option (Mac) Alt (PC) key and click on the desired image point. But it "works a little'. The other option is to make the value of extreme depth and adjust the Distance until you have the good point of interest.

  • How to choose a set of points in a graph xy contained in a draw of the area with the cursor?

I use the tIhe XY graph to draw a Pointcare intervals RR (heartbeat) representation. I would like to use the mouse to draw a polygon around the points of interest and get their index in the original array. Thank you to me a strategy-oriented!

    Olivier

It seems more difficult to describe in words than just after a simple example.  Simply click on the graphic to add sliders, drag them around as you wish and see the included points.  I used a 1-bit bitmap to detect the inner points and the draw several VI points for the polygon image.

I sort the points so that the polygon is filled completely, form then, sometimes you see pass all of a sudden.  Not a complete solution, but a good start.

  • How to color a spesific points in a graph

    Hi all

I have a graph contains measures of power, I want a spesific pints color (one step), I read a few comments about XY graph. But I don't use it at the moment. Any idea? Thanks in advance

The second plot that you add will be an array of the same length as your data (and the same table-X), with all values y the NaN value (this prevents displayed on the chart).  When you know how much you want to "change color", copy its value in the same location in the Group of the second plot.  Set the color of plot2 to what you want.  This can be done for any point on the graph (lets say you want to color all points above a certain threshold, just repeat steps for each point of interest above).

  • The router access point wireless bridge

Hi I recently moved into a new building which has a few hot spots for the Internet connection is included in the rental price. I don't have a model of linksys Cisco wireless-G broadband router. WRT54G2 V1 and I am trying to create a wireless bridge between the point of interest (I have my own Unique Internet identifier) the router, which is then connected to my office using an Ethernet cable.

Can I create a wireless bridge, if yes, how can I do this?

    Thanks in advance

The router (WRT54G2 V1) does not have a capacity of wireless receiver so you will need a separate ethernet bridge.

Your installation should be like this:
    (((WiFi)))---> (((pont Ethernet<-wired connection-="">routeur Linksys<-wired connection-="">ordinateur de bureau))

I hope that makes sense. XD

  • How set the anchor point of the composition (no layer)

    Hi people,

I have a composition very long and skinny.  In a far corner of the comp, I'm turning a layer on the x axis, but I want to turn backward in relationship to itself, and NOT with regard to the focus of the long and lean model.  I changed the anchor point of the layer itself to be the center of the layer, but it always tilted toward the center of the model:

    Screen Shot 2016-09-04 at 2.14.33 PM.png

How can I change the anchor point of the comp itself?  I tried to change the position of 'anchor' in the grid 3 x 3 in the composition settings panel, but that seemed to have no effect.  Thank you!

It makes sense, but it surprises me. If the point of leakage of a 3D object will always be in the center of the composition?

No.... Just like in real life, point of view is controlled by the position of the camera, the angle of view is controlled by the focal length, and the center of the view is always on an infinite perpendicular line between the center of the plan of the film (point of interest). The human eye is not tilt shift, like the cameras was discovered and no not the camera AE (or no matter what camera I've ever seen in a 3D application, so you can not control the perspective by winning the film plane or by moving the center of the lens as you can do with a camera or a tilt shift lens.

The vanishing point is where the parallel lines converge and depends on the angle of parallel lines to the camera.

    I hope that makes sense.

Here's the thing about nesting more small compositions in a larger. If you put 3D layers in your nested compositions and condense the transformations, then the camera in the main computer will interact with the 3D layers in nested compositions. If you do not condense the transformations there will be no change in perspective as the camera moves into the main computer. If you do not condense the transformations and you make the 3D before comps will organize just flat cards in the main 3D model space.

One last thing. Only the Active camera view has perspective. All custom views are orthogonal - no perspective. This

It will take a minute, but you should be able to wrap your head around that. Here is a demonstration of model how global collapse of transformations. Feel free to play with it. Collapse Transformations.aep (Note: your browser may add an extension .txt to the app file - just delete it)

  • passing point to pl/sql to modify the query

    Hi all

I'm new to apex and appreciate any help :)

what I'm trying to do is show point of interest on the map and filter them :)

    what I have done:

I have an exclu.1 where a list and when you click on the link it has you sent to page.2 with 3 elements, "type" start date "end date".
the type is the type of point :)
start date and end date are the dates of today who are from db when you click

When page.2 open I see 3 items on the page
the body of the page load a pl/sql procedure that:

    pl/sql code on page.2
    "start item_locations; end; »

queries the database and returns them
'type' values 'date' 'id' "lat, long" from different tables

    example;
    ID type lat, long
    coffe 2 40.386289,49.824348 5 October 7, 12 10.37.54.000000 PM
    40.386289,49.824348 tea 2 5 7 October 12 10.37.54.000000 PM
    power supply 2 40.386289,49.824348 5 October 7, 12 10.37.54.000000 PM
    40.386289,49.824348 car 1 5 7 October 12 10.37.54.000000 PM
    40.386289,49.824348 bars 3 5 7 October 12 10.37.54.000000 PM
    shops 6 40.386289,49.824348 5 October 7, 12 10.37.54.000000 PM

then the procedure takes excursions as 'htp.print' and creates a map and show ALL points.

I want to do 2 things
    (1) I want to filter whats shown on the page by type and date when the loading of the page (assuming that users coming from exclu.1 with full elements :))
My idea is to add "where type = * point page.2 type * and date * page point date1 * between * page point date2."

    (2) add a button and if I manually enter/edit the page lists on page 2. them click on the button will have new results :)

    Oracle db express

    Thanks in advancce

    Looks like a great app!

The best way to proceed would be to change your item_locations of procedure to include the three parameters that you want to use, so that your procedure looks like:

    PROCEDURE item_locations
    (p_type VARCHAR2 DEFAULT NULL
    ,p_start_date DATE DEFAULT NULL
    ,p_end_date DATE DEFAULT NULL)
    IS ...
    BEGIN
    ...
    Select col1, col2, col3
    from my_table
    where type = NVL(p_type,type)
    and my_date between NVL(p_start_date,my_date) and NVL(p_end_date,my_date)

    htp.p(my_data)

    END  item_locations;

    etc
-- Note - this is purely example code and not intended to compile as is. Just saying.

Then in your page apex process, simply call

    BEGIN
    item_locations (:P2_ITEM, :P2_START_DATE, :P2_END_DATE);
    END;

I hope this makes sense. Looks like you're new as you have not had the pleasure to the 2 day Developer Guide. I highly recommend do you if you are not familiar with Apex - it is a necessity.

    Best regards, Pete

  • Screen goes black when the unit reaches a point in 3d space.

    Hello

I've simplified a more complicated model to try to understand what is happening, but I can't for the life of understand me. My camera starts to zoom in to a way of 3d layer in the distance. Everything's fine until it reaches a certain point, then the screen goes black. The camera did not run in the layer, I don't think that the lights have something to do with it. It just goes black. Any ideas?

The first image is when the camera starts panning. The second is when the screen goes black. Note that the camera is still quite a distance between the 3d layer.

    Screen Shot 2011-12-01 at 12.46.04 AM.pngScreen Shot 2011-12-01 at 12.46.28 AM.png

    Thank you!

If you turn on diagrams, you'll see that your camera is not pointed at the level of the layers. I don't know why you have animation camera rotation. You have the camera facing the path, is the point of interest to market? You may experience gimball lock.

The best way to animate a camera must do 3D null parent. Now you have a camera on a cart. Gimbal lock is not a problem, point of interest is not a problem, and it's easy.

  • Creating points hot header during image background

Think about it - your page has no content to this topic.  It is one of the most valuable pages throughout the site, and you have no content there.  Usually, this would be considered a serious mistake in terms of usability and SEO.

Anyway, you can not put a point of interest on a background image.  At worst, you could put just a picture PNG or transparent GIF with the correct size so that it is higher up that spot and put the hotspot on the image transparent.  A better solution would be to redesign the page so that you can accommodate a keyword rich content, and you may like this image directly instead of using a hotspot.

  • How to get a light to point down to the ceiling

I can't believe I'm asking such a simple question, but still after several years of use of EI, I still have trouble controlling the lights of EI. How to make Spotlight pointing directly at the ground to the ceiling, by changing his position and point of interest?

Are there tips on how to control the lights in a smart way?

Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

If you want spotlight to point downwards, then the X and Z values for position and point of interest should be the same. If the value of Z for point of interest is less than the z-value of the point of interest, then the light will point down from the world of the model. This is exactly the same as a camera.
