  I have problems with my Master Collection CS5. Here is what happened:

  (1) I bought a custom PC, which included with CS5 MC inside. Version original, always went online, programs updated automatically without any problem and have used it for the last 5 years.

  (2) I recently moved to another country because of work. As it was not possible to bring my whole PC with me, I just brought my old hard drive with my OS & all my other programs / working documents / important stuff etc.

  3) got another PC built, but without the HARD drive. Connected my old HDD because I want to use it in my new PC because of all the programs and documents, etc. No major problems (redeemed Windows).

  (4) tried open Photoshop today and the message came saying "invalid serial number" & below that "this serial number appears to be invalid", which it isn't, then why is this message? Also, tried to go to the site 'save a plu product' but again failed.

  I would really appreciate help in what I really need to use it for my freelance work. Thank you.

  Yes, CS5.5 is a separate and different version. If your operating system series CS6 related specifically to CS5.5 it may not work. Generally speaking, however, it could work. Anyway, if you have any questions contact customer service.

  February 23, 2011 I purcased the CS5 master collection, edu, as I work in the education of the Government.

  I have my series in "my adobe" and as I downloaded (that I see in the forums) the correct version of http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html

  I get "this serial number is not valid for this product" installation.

  

  The file I have dowload prodesigntools.com is named 'MasterCollection_CS5_LS4.dmg' and have size 10.17 GB

  If this could have something to do that I have a series of edu? See attached picture.

  Please help, I need to use my CS5.
