  You can try this, it might help you.

  After installation, simply remove this file C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db this is where he has installed the series.   I bought an upgrade from live Adobe for Acrobat Pro DC. Adobe shows my latest Acrobat X Pro version. Yet, when you go through the steps to install I get the same message repeatedly: we are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Acrobat Pro. I purchased from an Adobe reseller (I checked that they are an authorized dealer) 6 Lightroom for which I also have the same message. Online tech from Adobe technical support is severely lacking. If anyone has a solution or knows the problem, please advise.
