  I have problems with my Master Collection CS5. Here is what happened:

  (1) I bought a custom PC, which included with CS5 MC inside. Version original, always went online, programs updated automatically without any problem and have used it for the last 5 years.

  (2) I recently moved to another country because of work. As it was not possible to bring my whole PC with me, I just brought my old hard drive with my OS & all my other programs / working documents / important stuff etc.

  3) got another PC built, but without the HARD drive. Connected my old HDD because I want to use it in my new PC because of all the programs and documents, etc. No major problems (redeemed Windows).

  (4) tried open Photoshop today and the message came saying "invalid serial number" & below that "this serial number appears to be invalid", which it isn't, then why is this message? Also, tried to go to the site 'save a plu product' but again failed.

  I would really appreciate help in what I really need to use it for my freelance work. Thank you.

  If you have problems to reactivate your software and have no way to disable its previous installations, while the only way to do it is to contact Adobe customer service / technical support, which, with luck, can work on it at their end.

  I have Adobe Master Collection CS4 but could only but to install first Pro CS5.5 since version CS4 was buggie it was useless and I needed it for a job that has entered.  I would spend the rest of my software to CS5.5 now but do not want to pay for the Premiere Pro upgrade again since I already bought it.  Is it possible to update bundle?
