"Master Edition" and "Master Collection"?

Hey!

I have a little problem with the registration of my Adobe Creative Suite. I started a new job this week and they gave me a license number and told me to download "Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Master Edition" before work tomorrow... but the only thing I could find was a "Master Collection"? Is it the same thing? Because when I downloaded and entered the number they gave me, they told me that it is not valid for this product? It is important that I have download the international version or one specifically for my country?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Same thing. He was never a Master Edition. Sounds like a loose terminology on their part. This is the Master Collection.

The language is not the issue. You just download the installer that contains the language you want to use. They come in groups of languages. See the download link.

A valid serial number is 24 digits (no alpha characters).

What is important is the operating system. If you have a Mac and the serial number is for Windows then it will not work on a Mac. Similarly, Mac serial numbers do not work on Windows.

What was the exact error message? Any error code?
